Our community is within walking distance to a fabulous oyster bar & grill, and located near many grocery stores & local conveniences. The only thing you need to do is book & enjoy!

Area Information
Located on the west side of town, near the quaint town of Laguna Beach. Walking distance to PCBs local institution, Thomas's Donut and Snack Shop and Mike's Oyster Bar and Cafe. Carosel grocery store is just down the road, Alvin's Island - a two-story beach accessory store is one block away, and brand name grocery stores, drug stores and coffee shops all within a ten minute drive. Rosemary Beach is a quick 20 minute drive from the condo.

Why this property? I love this property. It’s located on the west end of town. It’s close enough to the hustle and bustle of pier park but far enough away to be able to avoid the crowds. Conveniences are a quick ride away. The community is located across the street from beach access 72. The unit is directly across from the pool and is complete with two separate balconies. I love my little slice of the beach and I’m sure you will too!
