You are invited to stay at the newly available Hidden Gem, a beautifully appointed condo in the highly sought after golf community of Spring Run in Bonita Springs/Estero, Fl. Spring Run is a gated country club community within the award winning Brooks Community, and offers a fabulous private championship golf course as well as tennis, bocce, gym, and multiple club restaurants. The par 72 course was professionally designed by Gordon Lewis with five tees available for all levels of players, and plays from 4,466 to 6,989 yards. The course was reseeded in 2022 and is a certified Audubon sanctuary. Full resort privileges for two are included with the membership transfer (Green fees extra). From May thru October you can also play at over 40 participating reciprocal clubs as part of the transfer.
Our smoke free, pet free home is the Cormorant Coach House model. It's the largest model in the community and with over 1,800 sq. ft. The vaulted ceiling in the master bedroom, kitchen, LR and DR add to the bright and airy feel. The Hidden Gem is nestled toward the end of a cul-de-sac in the Hidden Lakes community. Our 2nd floor home boost two large bedrooms, extra-large den with couch / sleeper and desk area, 2 bathrooms, a huge eat-in kitchen, spacious living and dining space as well as a private, fully screened lanai that overlooks the water on the 12th hole. The lake and golf course views are amazing. You'll never got tired of looking at them!
The newly furnished living room offers 2 large couches and 2 chairs and a 70-inch smart television. The master bedroom is huge and furnished with a very comfortable king bed, 2 nightstands, dresser and offers a TV. The spacious master bathroom has double sinks, a toilet room, a newly renovated walk-in shower and a huge walk-in closet. The second bedroom, which features two twin beds, a nightstand and dresser, is located at the front of the unit. Also at the front of the unit is the newly furnished den which boost a queen-sized sofa sleeper for last minute guests or children as well as a TV, desk, chair and printer. We have the highest available internet speed so working or streaming your favorite movies and shows will be seamless.
I love to cook and bake and it's so easy in our large eat in kitchen! The kitchen includes a coffee station, pantry, breakfast bar, and all the pots, pans and kitchen gadgets needed to ensure you can make your favorite meals or desserts. The unit also has a brand new, extra-large capacity HD washer and a dryer.
In the attached garage you'll find beach chairs and pool gear, his and her bikes and even extra clubs (should you have guest that didn't bring them). There is a BBQ grill about 200 feet from our front door. At the beginning of the street is the neighborhood heated pool, hot tub and several BBQ grilles there for your use and enjoyment.
PLEASE NOTE: All guests MUST complete a home-owners lease agreement, an association lease application and a Spring Run community application/membership transfer. Spring Run requires 10 business days to review and approve the application, so please do not book any stays fewer than 14 business days into the future to allow for paperwork submission.

This means you can enjoy our par 72, 18-hole golf course designed by Gordy Lewis; perfect for any level of player, 4 lighted Har-Tru tennis courts, all social activities and full access to our beautifully designed community clubhouses dining areas, fitness facility and pro-shop.
Why Kids Love It
They love the beach, getting Shirley Temples and Rob Roy's brought to them at the club house heated pools. The nearby miniature golf is great and of course, the restaurants and shopping at Coconut Creek cant be beat.
Kids and adults will also love Everglades Wonder Gardens where you can get close up to lots of rescued, rehabilitated and non-releasable Florida alligators and flamingos, beautiful macaws, pythons, turtles, tortoises and even a Chinese Golden Pheasants all nestled in a vibrant botanical garden setting!
With Naples only 20 minutes away, the zoo is another family favorite. Of course, the Sun and Fun water park is a must do for families with kids visiting in the summer time. Within a few hours drive you can explore all the attraction that Miami (134 miles), Tampa (153 miles), Orlando (182 miles) have to offer!
Area Information
Besides all the amazing amenities at your finger tips right in Spring Run. There are several must see/do places/activities nearby. You're sure to enjoy the white sandy beaches at Bonita Beach. It is only a few miles away. We have coolers, towels, and beach chairs available for your use. If you love shopping and dining, you'll love Coconut Creek. It’s a picturesque outdoor mall featuring over 140 stores and a multitude of dining options. It's just a mile down the road. If you prefer bargain shopping, Miromar Outlet mall is a quick 10 minute drive. You must also explore Naples when here. It's 20 minute and has wonderful beaches, great shopping and terrific restaurants. There is also a zoo and seasonal waterpark. Tampa and Miami are only about 2 hours away and would be a terrific day trip. If you have younger kids/teens Orlando is about 3 hours.
Attractions Within Walking Distance
In addition to all the attractions on site at Spring Run, you could walk/bike to Coconut Creek but we would suggest driving since you'll likely have shopping bags to bring back!

Both Spring Run and Hidden Lakes Association require at least 10 business days to process your application. Please ensure your booking dates are at least 14 days into the future.
The Spring Run Transfer fee of $373 provides full membership rights including golf, tennis, fitness center, club restaurants, all social activities, etc. for 2 people. Please note you will still need to pay transfer member greens fees (which include your cart) when you golf. We highly recommend you opt for the membership, if you do not opt for the membership, you will not be able to use ANY of the club facilities, this includes the club's tennis facilities and golf course, the gym, the pool & spa and the restaurants.
50% deposit of your total lease (rent and taxes) as well as the application fees/membership transfer is required at booking. The final payment is due 90 days prior to the check-in date.
CANCELLATIONS **- The Spring Run Membership transfer/application fee and Hidden Lakes application fee are NOT refundable. Cancellations made more than 120 days prior to lease start date will be refunded, less a $250 fee. Cancellations more than 90 days prior to lease start date, but less than 120 days will be refunded less a $500 fee. Cancellations made less than 90 days, but more than 60 days prior to lease start date, will be refunded less a $750 cancellation fee. Cancellations less than 60 days prior to the lease start date will not be refunded. We do understand that things come up so, if we are able to re-rent the condo during your reservation period, we will return your payments less a $500 fee and any difference in rent the received from the party taking all/some of your rental time frame.

We enjoyed our stay at the Hidden Gem. Upon arrival the Carriage House was ready for our arrival. The kitchen has an abundance of kitchen items, including tools, pots and pans, and baking dishes.All areas of the kitchen, dinning room, living room and lanai welcome people to sit down and relax.Enjoyed walks every morning around the development. The newly remodeled club house was welcoming and enjoyed multiple meals at the Oasis and Veranda.Thank you Christina for providing a beautiful vacation spot/home.

We absolutely cannot say enough about this property! From the beautiful layout, fully stocked and well-appointed amenities, and attention to detail, our highest expectations were truly more than met! The condominium is so lovely, and the community is fantastic! The golf course is fun to play and the clubhouse is beautiful. Spending time at either the neighborhood pool or the clubhouse pool, both with hot tubs and very clean surroundings was relaxing and enjoyable. This property is right around the corner from Coconut Pointe, a terrific outdoor shopping and dining venue that offers something for everyone. Many beautiful beaches are very close and easy to get to as well. We truly enjoyed our stay and are already excited to come back next year! Christina is a delightful owner who has ensured that everything is perfect for her renters!

Loved the location close to Outlet Mall, Beaches and Fine dinning not to mention the golf course was in terrific condition. Accomodations had all necessary appliances and toiletries to make it easy and comfortable. Chris and her husband were great to work with I am already booked for 2024.
