Spectacular 2BD+den/2BA in Spring Run Golf Club close to Bonita Spring Beaches!

You are invited to stay at the "The Hidden Gem", a beautifully appointed home in the highly sought after golf community of Spring Run in Bonita Springs/Estero, Fl. Spring Run is a gated country club community within the award winning Brooks Community, in SW Florida, just North of Naples. It offers a fabulous private championship golf course as well as tennis, bocce, gym, and multiple club restaurants. The par 72 course was professionally designed by Gordon Lewis with five tees available for all levels of players, and plays from 4,466 to 6,989 yards. The course was reseeded in 2022 and is a certified Audubon sanctuary. Full resort privileges for two are included with the membership transfer (Green fees extra). From May thru October you can also play at over 40 participating reciprocal clubs as part of the transfer.

Our smoke free home is the Cormorant Coach House model. It's the largest model in the community and with over 1,800 sq. ft. The vaulted ceiling in the master bedroom, kitchen, LR and DR add to the bright and airy feel. The Hidden Gem is nestled toward the end of a cul-de-sac in the Hidden Lakes community. Our 2nd floor home boast two large bedrooms, an extra-large den with couch / sleeper and desk area, 2 full bathrooms, a huge eat-in kitchen, spacious living and dining space as well as a private, fully screened lanai that overlooks the water on the fairway of 12th hole. There is no cart path so its nice and private and the lake and golf course views are amazing!

The newly furnished living room offers 2 large couches and 2 chairs and a 70-inch smart television. The master bedroom is huge and furnished with a very comfortable king bed, 2 nightstands, dresser and offers a TV. The spacious master bathroom has double sinks, a toilet room, a newly renovated & very spacious walk-in shower with a bench and a huge walk-in closet. The second bedroom, which features two twin beds, a nightstand and dresser, is located at the front of the unit. Also at the front of the unit is the newly furnished den which boost a queen-sized sofa sleeper, a hutch with a TV and printer as well as a desk. We have the highest available internet speed so working or streaming your favorite movies and shows will be seamless.

I love to cook and bake and it's so easy in our large eat in kitchen! The kitchen includes a coffee station, pantry, breakfast bar, and all the pots, pans and kitchen gadgets needed to ensure you can make your favorite meals or desserts. The unit also has a brand new, extra-large capacity HD washer and a dryer.

In the attached garage you'll find beach chairs and pool gear, and his and her bikes. There is a BBQ grill about 200 feet from our front door. At the beginning of the street is the neighborhood heated pool, hot tub and several more BBQ grills for your use and enjoyment.

During the off Season ( May thru October) with the golf transfer, you can play at over 40 participating reciprocal clubs.

PLEASE NOTE: All guests MUST complete a home-owners lease agreement, an association lease application and a Spring Run community application/membership transfer. Spring Run requires 10 business days to review and approve the application, so please do not book any stays fewer than 14 business days into the future to allow for paperwork submission.

Why Kids Love It

Kids and adults will also love Everglades Wonder Gardens where you can get close up to lots of rescued, rehabilitated and non-releasable Florida alligators and flamingos, beautiful macaws, pythons, turtles, tortoises and even a Chinese Golden Pheasants all nestled in a vibrant botanical garden setting!

With Naples only 20 minutes away, the zoo is another family favorite. Of course, the Sun and Fun water park is a must do for families with kids visiting in the summer time. Within a few hours drive you can explore all the attraction that Miami (134 miles), Tampa (153 miles), Orlando (182 miles) have to offer!

Area Information

Besides all the amazing amenities at your finger tips right in Spring Run. There are several must see/do places/activities nearby. You're sure to enjoy the white sandy beaches at Bonita Beach. It is only a few miles away. We have coolers, towels, and beach chairs available for your use. If you love shopping and dining, you'll love Coconut Creek. It’s a picturesque outdoor mall featuring over 140 stores and a multitude of dining options. It's just a mile down the road. If you prefer bargain shopping, Miromar Outlet mall is a quick 10 minute drive. You must also explore Naples when here. It's 20 minute and has wonderful beaches, great shopping and terrific restaurants. There is also a zoo and seasonal waterpark. Tampa and Miami are only about 2 hours away and would be a terrific day trip. If you have younger kids/teens Orlando is about 3 hours.

Attractions Within Walking Distance

In addition to all the attractions on site at Spring Run, you could walk/bike to Coconut Creek but we would suggest driving since you'll likely have shopping bags to bring back!
