Well kept 3 bed 2 bath pool home with easy access to 41, Port Charlotte Beach Park (1.7 miles) and Punta Gorda. Our home is a perfect place to stay while on vacation or the in season. Located close to 4 airports and short drive to some of Floridas nicest beaches, Boca Grande and Manasota Key. Several parks and tourists attractions are close including gator land and Naples Zoo. The home has living and family rooms for guests along with a and screeded lanai with furniture and dinner table. WiFi available with streaming services.

Why this property? This home is our vacation home first and rental second. We are at the home often and keep it well maintained. We keep many staples in the home, making your stay worry free and less trips to the store for small kitchen needs. The home is in a quiet area and provides a great place to relax and enjoy the Florida lifestyle

My husband and i stayed for week. The home had everything we needed. Loved that it has a fenced in private backyard and is pet friendly. We enjoyed the heated pool. There is near by restaurants as well as grocery store should you want to prepare meals at the home. Brent the owner is very responsive and ensures your stay is a pleasurable experience. We would definitely visit again.
