The house is in a quiet neighborhood on an oversized lot, almost an acre. Located close to 4 airports and short drive to some of Florida's nicest beaches, Boca Grande and Manasota Key. Several parks and tourists attractions are close including gator land and Naples Zoo. The home has living and family rooms with a split floor plan for guests. The screeded lanai has outdoor furniture BBQ and dinner table. Several pool floats are available. WiFi available with streaming services.
There are five TVs with over the air antennas, lots of DVDs to choose from and the ability of WiFi . Netflix and Prime are signed into for use.

A wonderful home that is clean and tastefully decorated. Great Location for ease of access to US 41 and Port Charlotte shops. Walking distance to Parks and a few restaurants and necessities. Owner was very helpful and prompt with communication. Would definitely stay here again !

My husband and i stayed for week. The home had everything we needed. Loved that it has a fenced in private backyard and is pet friendly. We enjoyed the heated pool. There is near by restaurants as well as grocery store should you want to prepare meals at the home. Brent the owner is very responsive and ensures your stay is a pleasurable experience. We would definitely visit again.
