The Grandview, Marco Island is a beautifully kept and well appointed smaller complex. This condo is truly an Oasis. The entire condo is beautifully decorated, very well maintained, very well stocked kitchen. Very comfortable for 4 people. Really great view from the large screened in lanai. Very quiet at the southern end of Marco. A very short walk to the beach, dining, shops and cinema. Grocery stores are a short drive away. The perfect place to relax by the pool,hot tub, play tennis or pickle ball. Many things to do an see in Marco Island, most just a short drive away from this lovely condo. An excellent vacation! My husband and I have been to Marco, many times over the years. This time we stayed at Denise's Oasis, what a great spot! We were there for 9 days. The condo is very well appointed, couldn't think of anything that was missing, at all. Kitchen was very well stocked, as we did some cooking on a couple nights. We sat out on the lanai every night we were there and had coffee in the mornings. Everything was clean and well kept, including the grounds. We played pickle ball, enjoyed the pool, and used the gas grill also. It's a great location with many places to walk to. The public beach access is both up the street and down the street, making for a great loop in the mornings for a walk. There are shops and restaurants nearby. Our weather was amazing too, the entire time! We will be back :)

My wife and I have been coming to Marco Island since 1994. We have owned several homes here on the island throughout the years which we have since sold. We have been renting for the past 15 years or so and have dealt with all types of property owners and management companies. When we were in the process of renting this property, the owner (Denise) could not have been any more gracious before, during, and after our stay. Whenever we had a question, she responded immediately. On the day of our arrival, she went out of her way to accommodate us with a quick check-in as our plane arrived very early in the morning. The unit itself was large and spacious, has beautiful views from the lanai, was well stocked, but more importantly, the unit was sparkling clean. Located in Marco Island’s “southbeach” area, the property is just a short walking distance to the public beach access as well as several of the island’s best restaurants, shops, a sports bar, movie theater, mini golf, ice cream shops, etc. We will definitely be renting from Denise again.– Jim & Kelly H, Cape May, NJ
