The living room with high-vaulted ceilings and cathedral windows will instantly make you feel like your vacation has started.

The well-stocked kitchen has spacious countertops making it much easier to cook something you caught fishing earlier in the day. Rounding out the kitchen is a flat-top electric stove, a 2-door refrigerator, and a dishwasher. There is also countertop seating for three.

The guest room is on this floor with a full shower bathroom and a washer/dryer.

One of the home's best features is the large balcony that overlooks Caroline street below. Fans swirl above while guests sip their morning coffee and decide what kind of adventure they plan to have later that day. The space is also great for cocktails. A four-person table on the balcony makes al fresco dining available at your beck and call. You'll likely spend a lot of time people-watching while appreciating Key West's evening breezes.

The floor above is accessible via a spiral staircase elevating you to the treetops. The Primary bedroom has a queen-sized bed which, upon request, can be converted into two twins.
