Upon entering this 3 bed one-story home, guests will be welcomed by an 150 gallon salt-water fish tank teaming with aquatic life. The main living room is spacious with a large u shaped couch and french doors which lead you out to the spacious patio, pool and outdoor dining area. Continue through the living room to the modernized chef's kitchen with stainless steel appliances and everything you need to cook the perfect meal. An open area connects you to the dining room and 2nd living room. Continue down the hall to the master suite with a California King bed and its own full bathroom. The other two bedrooms are on the opposite side of the home and share a connecting full bathroom. The second bedroom showcases a king sized bed. The 3rd bedroom has a queen sized sleeper sofa or can be used as an office instead for smaller families. The backyard pool area is surrounded by tropical plants, fountains and a 42 foot dock and intracoastal views. Guests are welcome to fish right off of the dock! It's the perfect family getaway or snowbird haven!

Why Kids Love It

Kids love the large spacious heated pool, it's proximity to the beach and dock for at-home fishing. Although the dock has a gate, we recommend children always be attended by an adult in the pool and dock areas.

A stone's throw to the south ou'll find the upscale dining and shopping area of Mizner Park in Boca Raton.

Just a mile from the ocean, you'll have your choice of South Florida's finest white sandy beaches. Attractions Within Walking Distance

While the beach is in walking distance, we recommend riding one of the bikes the home provides or driving as you do need to cross the Intracoastal drawbridge on Linton Avenue to get to the A1A and the beach. The closest beach is the Atlantic Dunes Beach. We provide you with beach passes to Oceanside Beach Service which will set you up with two beach chairs and an umbrella or cabana free of charge.

There is a shopping center a block away that has a Trader Joe's, several restaurants including the Broken Egg Cafe (for breakfast or lunch), or more casually, the Habit Grill, Einstein Bagels, Dunkin Donuts, Jimmy John's and several other restaurants.

Publix and Walgreens are within 1/2 a mile. Whole Foods on Linton is within one mile from the home. Atlantic Avenue, if you are not familiar with it, is the entertainment and social area of Delray Beach.
