We are happy to add door knob covers when small children are with your party.

-2 wagons provided along with 4 chairs in the deck box outside, and lots of beach gear in the closet across from the powder room. Jump in the serene waters of the gulf, walk on the beach, collect shells, fish or even have a bon fire at night and gaze upon the beautiful stars twinkling.

-Villa del Sol is a beachside neighborhood. Future plans are to finish the Resort-like community with amenities such as gated entrance, and pool cabanas.

- Please note Villa del Sol is a new community and there is some construction nearby. This is reflected into the discounted pricing due to the construction. Once amenities are complete, pricing will reflect this so take advantage of this discounted rate. It will not last long.

Unique Benefits

Villa Azul is a home made to enjoy by groups of families or multi generational families. The fenced backyard is great for families with childrens and/or fur babies. The property has 3 master bedrooms, all with en suite baths for privacy. The main king master is on the first level. There are plush furnishings throughout and additional seating, stools and benches so everyone can gather together!

Every room is outfitted with Smart TVs, USB Lamps, and Bluetooth speaker / charging station clocks in King and Queen Masters so you can plug your devices and enjoy your beautiful surroundings.

The downstairs and upstairs verandas are perfect for enjoying a cup of coffee from the stocked coffee bar or seeing the sunset skies with your loved ones.

The villa is a 2-minute walk to the beautiful gulf beaches through our private community boardwalk, 2 wagons provided along with 4 chairs, lots of beach gear in the deck box outside and in the closet across from the powder room. Jump in the serene waters of the gulf, walk on the beach, collect shells, fish or even have a bon fire at night and gaze upon the beautiful stars twinkling.

The location is excellent, secluded enough for privacy and relaxation and close enough to various downtowns like Cape San Blas proper, Port St. Joe, Apalachicola and Mexico beach for fun, shopping, dining, and history!

We have delish cuisine for everyone, from Smokehouse BBQ, a 7 min walk from the villa, delicious homemade donuts are a short ride away at Weber's Little Donuts. In Downtown Port St. Joe, feast on fresh oysters at Uptown Diner, coal fired pizza at Joe Mama's to ice cream at Shoobies! Shopping, you ask? Downtown Port St. Joe will not disappoint with Belou 2, Boutique on the Bay and Joseph's Cottage with unique finds and local artisan goodies. Cocktails you wonder? Try craft cocktails at the Parlor Bar at the Gibson, a historic hotel in Apalachicola or the bar at Joe Mama's, they make a mean Mojito!

Villa Azul is a short 2 minute walk from your front door to the beautiful beaches of the Cape San Blas peninsula via our private community boardwalk where you will have the beach practically to yourself.

You can also visit, St. Joseph Peninsula State Park, which encompasses the north end of the Cape, is home to one of the most highly acclaimed beaches in the nation. But almost anywhere on the peninsula, you’ll have expanses of soft, white sand and emerald-hued waters practically to yourself.
