This updated condo has an open concept with luxurious granite countertops and appliances. The kitchen is fully stocked with all that you need: pots, pans, dishes, keurig, toaster, microwave, silverware, etc. It has full sized washer and dryer in unit. Comfortable living room furniture with smart flat screen TV. Just steps away is comfortable patio furniture to sip your morning coffee on. This 2 bedroom condo has a king sized bed in 1 bedroom, and a queen bed in the other. Both bedrooms have a closet and a full size dresser. The master bedroom has a desk for guests that have to work from home along with a flat screen TV that has a Roku stick. The huge bathroom has a large granite countertop and cabinet for your necessities and large bathtub/shower combination. Therr are plenty of bath and pool towels are present for your use on site. The condk has easy access to the parking lot and a few steps up to your second floor getaway. The comfortable screened in lanai overlooks a small courtyard and serene water fountains. Truly a home away from home.
The beautiful community also has a great clubhouse, water fountains, and heated pool! Inside the clubhouse, there is a fitness room with treadmill, elliptical, and weights. There is also, another bathroom located here just steps from the pool. billards, darts, bags and other games are also located in the clubhouse. Outside the clubhouse, on the pool deck has 2 shared grills. There are many amenities to enjoy!
Easy drive to the historic river district with cute shops and many delicious restaurants. There is always something going on there .... day or night! Many times there are bands to watch!

No refund 30 days or less prior to stay
If booking less than 120 days, FULL PAYMENT IS DUE with reservation.
Application fee($200) to the condo association must be completed prior to staying. It can take 2-4 weeks to get an approved application and is non refundable. I have no control over the acceptance or denial of guests from the association. The association is making sure you are not a criminal and can afford to stay here.

We actually stayed here for your months: December 2024 thru March 2025. Nice clean 2 bedroom apartment. King bed in master -very comfortable! Kitchen well equipped. large bathroom. Nice bed linens and bath towels. Would stay here again. The in unit washer and dryer made things very convenient. The grounds could use a little attention. The pool is lovely, as well as the clubhouse. Centrally located, easy to get to anything.

Very nice condo with comfortable furnishings. We enjoyed the pool and clubhouse exercise room. Pleasant grounds for nice walks and we met a lot of nice people.The location is central to downtown Fort Myers, North Fort Myers and Fort Myers Beach.Definitely recommended.

Lynn S.Long story...but excellent experience
Not long after we had paid for this trip, we found out my husband had cancer. It was a long and scary process but Amanda was so kind and understanding when we had to cancel. She refunded every penny in short order and was just unbelievably responsive to our plight. THIS is the kind of host you want for your vacation! I cannot recommend her enough! We hope to make use of this beautiful condo some time in the future and will do so without hesitation.
