Nice
Really enjoyed that. There was a sofa with a recliner on each end and also a reclining chair for seating was very comfortable. The chairs around the dining table were very comfortable. The icemaker works really well all in all it was a very comfortable stay.

The Good, The Bad, (there is no Ugly)
My family stayed here for 3 weeks in Aug-Sep 2023. I'll tell you everything you wanna know. If you just want the final recommendation - Yes, this unit is worth renting. The unit is very clean and bright. All the appliances worked well. Despite no pictures of the washer & dryer, it's got full sized front loaders that worked great. HVAC worked so well we had to set it at 77-79 to keep from freezing. Beds were comfy! Kitchen was mostly well stocked - it needs a large 12" frying pan and maybe another baking pan or 2. The beach closet down in the garage was very convenient. The 3 rooms are big, but the condo itself is on the small side. The kitchen is a little small but that blue backsplash is so cool! The balcony is small and since it's 17 floors up, it's windy most of the time. The view from the balcony and both bedrooms are spectacular. The pics show curtains in the bedrooms but they have been replaced will pull down shades. I didn't like that there was no vertical blinds on the sliding glass doors to the balcony. In the morning, it's way too much light. At night, it feels like a lack of privacy (despite being 17 floors up).Internet was fast and along with strong Wi-FI also included 3 secure ethernet ports should you need to work or just want a wired connection. TV in the living room was Roku but had access to the Spectrum app so all regular channels available (it took me about 2 days to figure that out). TV in the bedrooms is regular Spectrum cable box.The agency that manages - Carrie Hinkson and Plaza Vacations - are totally legit and very helpful. They know Peck Plaza and they provide excellent customer service.Peck Plaza itself is nice (a little overrated). It's an iconic building for sure, and the PP staff are very friendly - even to renters. There's only 1 elevator with the 2nd elevator possibly being out for several months. The card reader to the garage was down for over 2 weeks while we were there. The gas grill worked, but it was a little grimy. The pool was crystal clear clean and it's open until 11 pm! The hot tub was clean. There's a very nice Club room, a ping pong room, a billiards room, and a weight room - all clean. Outside bathrooms were spotless clean and very convenient. Peck Plaza is the opposite of lush - it's a concrete oasis. There's not a blade of grass on the entire property. My wife noted there's no ants, so....Yes, I would rent this unit again and recommend it to others. Plaza Vacations was great too.
