The unit was as advertised. We were there for 4 months from December 7, 2024 to April 7, 2025. Not only were the accommodations perfect, but the people residing there were welcoming and friendly. We didn't want to leave. It is also conveniently located within walking distance to the finest Cocoa Beach has to offer. We especially love The Pointe Church just a few blocks away. There are also great restaurants, the post office and library. Can't wait to go back.

Antonio T.1st floor of furnished beach condo
On the beach at Cocoa Beach. Steps away from the pool and the beach. The sliding glass door and rear window of the unit look out onto the ocean --- you can also see the cruise ships leave in the late afternoons and if you are an early riser, you can also see them return, from inside the unit ! The cruise terminals are about a 10 minute drive away. If you have kids, don't pass-up taking them to the Dinosaur museum (about a five minute drive away). Walk out of the unit through the sliding glass door onto the grass or down to the beach and you can see launches from the Kennedy Space Center. The Kennedy Space center is about a 30 minute drive away. The unit is a spaceous fully furnished three bedrooms and two bath rooms. My wife likes to cook and the kitchen is well furnished, but here are also plenty of food options in the area, several within walking distance. The Orlando airport is about a 45 minute drive away and Orlando and the area theme parks and outlet malls are a little over 1 hour away.
