Unit comfortably sleeps 6 with room for additional inflatable bed(s). Features a new 55” Smart TV, furniture and décor throughout. Second floor unit with elevator access. Large patio featuring view of the beach, pool, and courtyard along with outdoor dining & cozy seating area. The fully equipped kitchen offers also includes microwave/air fryer/convection oven & dual coffee maker (K Cups & carafe).

Unique Benefits

This low density property is well maintained and only has 98 units. Many of the owners do not rent their units and only visit periodically so, it's never crowded. Our beach only has 1 row of chairs when most other places are 3-6 deep.

Why Kids Love It

The courtyard is the hangout place for kids. You can pick up a baseball, soccer, or football game with all the other kids that are staying there. Parents can feel secure in knowing that they can see what's going on right outside the patio windows. The basketball/tennis/pickle ball courts are new and well lit.

Walking on the beach with a flashlight at night is a very popular activity! So much fun to catch & release crabs.

Smores on Wednesdays in June & July along with live music are a big hit!

Our beautiful views, comfortable rooms and attentive staff may tempt you to stay put on the property, but there is plenty to do here in Destin! We are located in one of the Florida Panhandle’s most beautiful spots along the Gulf of Mexico. Our property is only minutes away from fantastic shopping, challenging golf courses, world-class fishing and a huge variety of Gulf Coast restaurants. No matter what you need in a vacation, this is where you want to be!

Tennis, Basketball, Pickleball, and Shuffleboard – Forget your gear? No worries, you can check out rackets, balls, and more at the front desk at no charge!
Grilling Out – In the busy months of spring and summer, many families opt to grill out rather than go out. We have eight charcoal grills available. There are several seafood markets nearby, including Blalock’s which is just a block to the west (p.s., their tuna dip is a must try!).

We love The Marina Cafe, especially their happy hour! Great food & value!

The Back Porch is within walking distance from the condo. Destin institution - it's on most people's bucket list of places to visit. No strict dress code, strong margaritas, good food!
