2022-built brand new Terrace condo, fully furnished Carolina model at Babcock National Golf and Country Club in beautiful Punta Gorda Florida. Secluded but not too far away from it all, this stunning 2nd floor unit offers amazing views of sunsets, the 10th tee of the golf course, and the biggest lake in Babcock Ranch.
This community offers a Gordon Lewis designed course that is the best in the area. There is a pool in Babcock Ranch that you will have access to a new pool many more amenities just for this community coming in November 2023! The unit is furnished with all new furnishings. The Master suite has a King size bed, wall mounted TV, large closet for all your vacation outfits and an on-suite bathroom with walk-in shower. The other 2 bedrooms have queen beds, and a full bathroom just outside the bedroom. The kitchen area is massive, has all brand new stainless steel appliances and is fully equipped for cooking in. Relax on the comfy couch watching your favorite shows on the 65 inch TV or retreat to the screened lanai and watch the day fade away. For your convenience, there is also a full size washer and dryer in the unit and one reserved covered parking spot. Babcock Ranch is community growing to be its own city. There are food trucks and music on Fridays and Saturdays. Beautiful white sand beaches are a short 45 minutes drive. Easy and affordable to get to this vacation rental either through Punta Gorda airport or Fort Myers airport.
For February rental, minimum rental period is 2 months.
Golf membership (optional) can be transferred for up to 2 golfers: only $30/person cart fee apply when playing. Community Pool is heated and open year round. One covered parking space, car port and limited guest parking spaces. Guard at gate all the time. Pet and smoke free environment.

Loved staying in the 2nd floor condo with awesome golf & water views! Beautifully decorated decor' and all the conveniences of home. Super clean condo that met all our needs for a short stay that resulted in a much longer stay. We were spoiled with the ease of living in this rental. Also enjoyed the sunsets every night & the view of the down town in the distance & the Innovation Tower .. beautiful sites at night.
