Loved our stay at the villa!! This is our second time staying there and we will definitely be back! Michael is amazing to deal with! Every fast responses and hassle free in every way! We thoroughly enjoyed our holiday. The villa was lovely. The kids loved having the pool available to jump into after a hot day in the Disney parks, and being able to sit and eat a family supper outside in the warm evening air was a real treat. The facilities in the property are ideal for a family holiday - plenty of towels, lots of areas to sit and relax, well-equipped kitchen, games room etc. The villa is very convenient for the parks (short drive away) and there's an excellent supermarket just 5 minutes away. Hopefully we will be able to stay again before too long.

We had such an amazing time this past February while staying at the villa! Our daughter, husband and two young children also joined us and loved spending time in the pool and games room. The little one's especially loved their Mickey bedroom and bathroom. I would highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a great location to stay while in Florida. The home was exactly as described, very clean, with all the amenities and we felt very safe in the community. I wouldn't hesitate to stay again or recommend to friends and family. Thank you Michael, Susan and your staff, we had a great time!

Great villa, at a very convenient location. The villa has everything which one could possibly want. Would love to visit again, and have no hesitation in recommending this vacation home to others. They certainly won't be disappointed.

Stayed for 2 weeks in August and it was the best holiday we've ever had. The villa is in a brilliant location, easy to find and an excellent base for travelling around. It is lovely and clean and very comfortable, the beds are lovely. We are 2 families of 4 and the room arrangement was perfect. The kids loved the games room and pool to relax after a day at the parks. The resort is beautiful and feels very safe with all entry via the gatehouse. Michael was great to book with and was very helpful with our enquiries. We would definitely return and highly recommend.

We have just returned from an 18 day stay at this villa, and we loved it! It was like a home away from home...settled right in. So clean, I was impressed with the amount of towels and linens for our use... and I, personally, loved the washer and dryer in the garage... !! Highly reccomend this villa and Emerald Island resort... if you are reading this comment, go ahead and book it up!!! Michael is a great communicator, and professional to deal with. We had a great time!!

We recently stayed at retreat 1 and it was absolutely fabulous , this resort is a no brainer for the Disney area , it is perfectly located about 5 to 10 mins away and universal / I drive is 20 min ... The villa is 5 mins from an array of shops supermarkets bars restaurants McDonald's etc on the 192 ... Michael was very accomadating with everything and the whole process was hassle free so I would highly recommend this villa and this resort ... We will no doubt return someday

This was our first time staying at the Emerald Island retreat. From the moment we arrived at the security gatehouse we realised that this was going to be a great holiday. Once checked in at the gatehouse we obtained the keycard to the villa and complex gate from the clubhouse which required a small deposit which was refunded upon checkout. All the staff were very efficient and friendly. Once inside the complex it was obvious that the villas were all of a high standard.
Upon entering the Villa we were not disappointed. It was very clean and spacious with all amenities, my youngest loved the Disney themed bedroom and bathroom. On park rest days our kids also loved playing in the games room which was equipped with a pool table, basket ball game, air hockey, table top football and bikes. The pool/Jacuzzi area was also very clean and had lots of space with plenty of loungers and barbecue. Wifi was also provided which was an essential for my eldest children. As mentioned on previous reviews the villa is in a very convenient place for visiting all the parks and close enough should you need to leave and go back later in the day. There was ample restaurants/ gift shops very close by also.
We cannot recommend this villa highly enough and will look to re-book in the near future. Many Thanks and missing the place already.

This was our second stay at Emerald Island Resort and our first at Michael & Susan's home. This by far was a cleaner home and a pool that was clean. Having a gas grill was wonderful. The other home we stayed in wanted to charge extra for the grill. Everything worked in the house and it was well stocked with towels and a first night worth of supplies. Michael & Susan were easy to deal with and very accommodating to our schedule which changed a couple of times. I would highly recommend to anyone renting this home with or without kids. You will not be disappointed.
