Poolside Paradise By The Beach (RO212)

I rented this last minute for a staycation and the host was very responsive and helpful. It was a quiet place and peaceful stay. I would definitely recommend this place to others to stay.

We had pretty much everything that we needed for our nice four night stay. The listing stated there was a queen bed and a double bed, there were only two double beds. Also, the couch is not as pictured. But we were able to cook breakfast, lunch, and dinner and enjoy our time. Location is spectacular and the host was very responsive. We will be back.

Great deal for a quiet place close to the beach. It was perfect for my mom, my 9 month old and myself. It would be great for a family or a couple. We made friends with others down by the pool. It was a nice simple place to spend a few days at— really just what we needed. Had all the needed items for us including a pack n play for our baby.

Unit was clean and tidy. Handy next to stairs and back parking lot. Touch screen for checking in and out was quick and easy.

This was a quiet, friendly, safe place. The pool area was very clean and secluded from the public which I liked. Public beach access was amazingly close. The particular unit was a little dated but WiFi speed was good for working and it definitely met my work needs and my daughter’s vacation needs.

Great value, love the Royal Orleans Positive: The location is perfect, we've stayed at the Royal Orleans before and love how close to the beach it is. The park is right next door, which is nice for the kids. The beds were so soft and comfortable Negative: The furniture in the living room was very uncomfortable. The couch was really old, it was covered with a couch cover that kept coming off. The arms had no cushion left in them, and you would slide off it when sitting down, somehow it was slanted forward. The dining set took up too much room. We spent most the time in the bedroom since there really wasn't anywhere to sit in the living room.

We had an absolute blast staying at the royal orleans. It was all exactly as pictured and just steps from the beach. My family of 4 all slept comfortably and the apartment was the perfect size for us. The pool was heated and gated in which was a plus and there was an outdoor bbq which we took advantage of. We had the best time and can’t wait to come back next year.

Beach hobo boho, shabby not chic, thrift store decor- careful pics & glowy reviews all look good but in person youll know you’ve been duped - host is responsive did let us check in early - it’s on 2nd floor & overlooks a bright white ugly roof not the courtyard - musty moldy smell & lots of dirt and grime on the walls - it is furnished with $500 in thrift store level decor & furniture - no true decorating just dumb quiche poorly placed beach signs- kitchen has 20+ yr old appliances & $30 in used pots pans plates utensils - there are no condiments, coffee or even coffee filters -no salt pepper sugar butter or oil! The couch is not as pictured it’s beaten up old & shabby you feel the wood struts - the beds are not as pictured doubles not queens. The pool is actually nice and warm (shockingly) and there is good beach access closeby - they did spend $ on a fancy digital lock And lovely 2x3 ft ad billboard placed right next to the tv - we requested to leave after 1 night but host refused

We really enjoyed our stay. The place was clean, comfortable, and quiet. Only a very short walk to the beach, which was quite nice. Great for walking. A clean heated pool, though it wasn't very warm out, sadly.

Perfect little getaway

We stayed for 2 weeks and had a great time. The unit was not large but we were only there to sleep and cook some meals. The patio and pool area were great and all the people that stayed were so friendly. Think of the old 2 story motel units that what it reminded us of but with a living and kitchen area. Public access to the beach was close and lots of restaurants within walking distance. The neighborhood behind the unit was great to walk-in. There was a park right next door which was perfect for grandkids. They also had a outdoor exercise course. We would stay again if we come back to that area.
