Welcome to a vintage beach style 1 Bed/1Bath condo in the Royal Orleans! This unit offers the perfect couples getaway, an extended snowbird stay or fun family vacation. A quaint New Orleans inspired complex tucked in the residential neighborhood of Redington Beach. Enjoy a day at the heated pool and courtyard or walk across the street to the endless soft sands of the Gulf of Mexico. The condo is very clean and the owners are continuing to update and add to the amenities for your stay. The location is great for walking to restaurants and stores. We love offering our recommendations for the best dining in the area. A nearby playground is great for the little guests. The kitchen is equipped with utensils and service ware - even children’s sizes. Take a drive down the beaches and visit John’s Pass for shopping, eating and jet ski rentals. This condo is an amazing price to help you enjoy everything the beaches have to offer.

KellyThis was a quiet, friendly, safe place. The pool area was very clean and secluded from the public which I liked. Public beach access was amazingly close. The particular unit was a little dated but WiFi speed was good for working and it definitely met my work needs and my daughter’s vacation needs.

KaitlynWe had an absolute blast staying at the royal orleans. It was all exactly as pictured and just steps from the beach. My family of 4 all slept comfortably and the apartment was the perfect size for us. The pool was heated and gated in which was a plus and there was an outdoor bbq which we took advantage of. We had the best time and can’t wait to come back next year.

NicholasBeach hobo boho, shabby not chic, thrift store decor- careful pics & glowy reviews all look good but in person youll know you’ve been duped - host is responsive did let us check in early - it’s on 2nd floor & overlooks a bright white ugly roof not the courtyard - musty moldy smell & lots of dirt and grime on the walls - it is furnished with $500 in thrift store level decor & furniture - no true decorating just dumb quiche poorly placed beach signs- kitchen has 20+ yr old appliances & $30 in used pots pans plates utensils - there are no condiments, coffee or even coffee filters -no salt pepper sugar butter or oil! The couch is not as pictured it’s beaten up old & shabby you feel the wood struts - the beds are not as pictured doubles not queens. The pool is actually nice and warm (shockingly) and there is good beach access closeby - they did spend $ on a fancy digital lock And lovely 2x3 ft ad billboard placed right next to the tv - we requested to leave after 1 night but host refused

Shirley B.Perfect little getaway
We stayed for 2 weeks and had a great time. The unit was not large but we were only there to sleep and cook some meals. The patio and pool area were great and all the people that stayed were so friendly. Think of the old 2 story motel units that what it reminded us of but with a living and kitchen area. Public access to the beach was close and lots of restaurants within walking distance. The neighborhood behind the unit was great to walk-in. There was a park right next door which was perfect for grandkids. They also had a outdoor exercise course. We would stay again if we come back to that area.
