SharadGreat location & beautiful sunsets ; Unit was as advertised ; Furnished in good taste & clean .Vickers type dining chairs were not comfortable . Kitchen supplies fell short for 8 guests , particularly plates & bowls .Cooking utensils were all tafflon coated which is less healthy.Steel or iron pots & pan would be desirable. Although unit is non smoking type , smokes from adjoing units , and units from lower & upper floors often prevented use of our balcony . Beach chairs & umbrellas were found useful . All family members enjoyed their stay & I would consider booking this unit again .

KelliNice clean space, including bathrooms and kitchen. Plenty of space for everyone. Plenty of trash bags, toilet paper, dish soap and others to get us started for our stay. We also appreciated the full and single-cup coffee makers available. There were also 3 box fans, which were helpful as the Nest thermostat would not remain at the recommended temperature of 72 at certain points of the day. However, it cooled off quickly when it was adjusted.

LandenCondo was well kept, very clean, and very well stocked with everything you need to enjoy the beach. Kitchen is well stocked with everything you need to prepare a meal. Great view from the balcony. All in all a great experience.

MIkeThe unit was for 6 persons, but not adult couples, beds were bolted to the walls. Seating was insufficient. Hall shower didn't drain. Hand mixer broke while I was using it. TV needed to be reprogramed to operate in the MB and other TV would come on by itself, at different times. Smoke from other units continued to come over to our balcony, cutting down the time we could watch the sunset. MS bath shower was moldy and toilet paper holder was dirty with something brown. Only one set of bath towels for 6 persons each. No kitchen sink stopper.

A breathtaking view from the balcony. The condo was decorated very nicely and the kitchen was adequately stocked. It was nice to have beach towels and beach chairs available for use. The condo was located with easy walking access to many restaurants. The only downfall was a washer/dryer all in one that did not dry at all ! We reported and they said everyone complains about it. It needs replaced.
