Beautifully updated beach front condo with views from every window! Enjoy our private beach! Located in the Marriott Resowith a private beach! A weekend getaway or work/school staycation with stellar internet! We also own a second 1 bed 1 bath condo in this building on the 3rd floor and a 2 bed 2 bath condo in the building next door.
We are members of the Marriott Ocean Club which we extend to our guests to access the resort amenities-for a one time fee of $150 our guests can purchase a pass to access 3 resort pools-(our building also has a pool for residents and guests), 24/7 fitness center, tiki bar by the beach for drinks or lunch, resort shuttle, reduced fees golf, tennis and beach set up (we also provide beach chairs and umbrella)
This whole condo was renovated in 2020 with new floors, kitchen, breakfast bar, furnishings etc...
This condo offers a spacious 1 bedroom with king bed and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room-this is not your typical sleeper sofa! It is a commercial sofa that the Disney Resorts use and is really comfortable so the condo can sleep 4 comfortably.
The kitchen is fully stocked with everything needed to cook a full meal or make a quick snack.
We provide all linens as well as bath and beach towels, beach chairs and umbrella.
We also provide stellar fast internet so you can work from the condo or have a zoom meeting etc.
We have Roku smart tvs in the living room and bedroom.
This is an end unit with amazing panoramic views from the beach front balcony. We are steps to our private beach and all the Marriott amenities!

We are full beachfront with amazing views! A short walk to our private beach over the sand dune! We are located in a resort and we are one of the few condo owners who have joined the Marriott Ocean Club for all 3 of our condos so our guests can use the Marriott amenities-private golf course for use by Marriott guests and Ocean club members only, tennis, pickleball, 24/7 fitness center, tiki bar by the beach, 3 resort pools and tub, resort shuttle. Our guests pay the Marriott Ocean Club directly a one time fee of $150 which covers the entire stay up to 4 guests staying in our condo.
All 3 of our condos are fully updated and renovated with ss appliances, new kitchen counters (granite and quartz), new furniture, comfortable couch and seating on all our beautiful balconies to enjoy the beach and ocean views while listening to the ocean waves!
We also have a dedicated garage spot for each of our condos to make loading and unloading easier.
We provide fast internet for work and play!
We are a beachfront condo located in the Marriott Resort on Hutchinson Island in Stuart, Fl. The House of Refuge is a must see located on the Island close to our building. The Elliott Museum is also close to our condo. The town of Stuart, a short car ride over the bridges, has lots of fun shopping and great restaurants. Of course the main attraction is the beach! We are truly beachfront. You can also charter a fishing boat or boat for the day along with water sports-jet skis, windsurfing, kayaks.

Condo was in an excellent location with covered parking. Very convenient to the beach and pool area. The interior was immaculate and we did not expect all the amenities within the condo to be so inclusive; we did not need anything for our stay. We had the pleasure of meeting the owners who were very nice and personable. Understand why the condo was so well cared for!

Never ending always changing multi blue colored ocean. Decor- perfect beach vibe ! At our balcony - surfers, wind surfers and pelicans . Balcony protected from wind and rain. Natural environment with all the modern conveniences

We stayed at the condo for 10 days. The location, view, amenities and the condo itself exceeded our expectations. The owners made sure we had everything we needed and included items we didn't think of ourselves! The most thoughtful item was a roll of quarters so we could do a laundry during our stay! The condo is clean, perfectly located and the view!!!! Coffee on the balcony every morning for 10 days, watching the sun rise and listening to the waves crash against the shore... the pictures on the site just don't do the view from the balcony justice. Trust me... show up with your bathing suit and sunglass. That's all you'll need. The condo comes with an indoor garage space, a well stocked kitchen minus the food, beach chairs, beach umbrella, all the linens and towels you will need for an extended stay etc. Take full advantage of the one time $150 fee (per 4 guests) for access to the resort's amenities. We played golf, used both pools and hot tub. I could go on and on about this condo! We have no complaints at all. The hosts are kind, patient and wonderful. Book it now. I have a feeling word will spread quickly about this gem of a place. That was my only hesitation in posting a review. You will not be sorry.
