Join neighbors in building get-togethers with kind and friendly building residents if you are the social type. Or eat out at a different restaurant every day. The food is excellent!

A Building Manager is on-site on Wed, Thurs & Friday afternoons for parking passes, security, mail and other questions. I am always available by phone/chat/email for everything else or even if you want to just call and say Hello!

Cumberland Farms has just about everything for a quick takeout. We love the amazing breakfast Egg McMuffins (2 for $5) and really good coffee. Bring it to the Tiki Hut on the beach. It is really awesome to have your breakfast on the beach with the gentle breeze on your face

Strawberries is a slightly longer walk but still under 10 mins. Here you can order sandwiches and fries and icecream.
