The home is equipped with Smart TVs so you can log in to watch all your familiar streaming apps including Netflix, Amazon Prime, Britbox, Hulu and many others. Join neighbors in building get-togethers with kind and friendly building residents if you are the social type. Or eat out at a different restaurant every day because Jensen Beach and the surrounding towns have so much to offer. The food is excellent!
A Building Manager is on-site a few days a week for parking passes, security, mail and other questions. I am always available by phone/chat/email for everything else or even if you want to just call and say Hello!

Cumberland Farms has just about everything for a quick takeout. We love the amazing breakfast Egg McMuffins (2 for $5) and really good coffee. Bring it to the Tiki Hut on the beach. It is really awesome to have your breakfast on the beach with the gentle breeze on your face
Strawberries is a slightly longer walk but still under 10 mins. Here you can order sandwiches and fries and icecream.

Community Rules & Important Information
HOA Rules
To maintain a clean, quiet, and comfortable environment for all residents and guests, the HOA enforces the following rules:
- No pets
- No smoking anywhere on the premises or inside the condo
Taxes
Stays of 6 months or longer are not subject to Florida hotel taxes.
Stays shorter than 6 months are subject to the 12% Florida Hotel & DBPR tax, as required by state and county regulations.
Discounts & Long-Term Rates
We offer reduced rates for longer stays:
- $150/month discount for rentals of 2 months or longer
- 6-month leases: $3,500/month**
**(Does not include peak season months of January, February, and March)
- Annual leases: $3,200/month
These rates reflect our preference for longer-term, low-turnover rentals and provide excellent value for extended stays.
Electricity Usage
Electricity usage of up to $100 per month is included in the rent.
Any usage over $100/month will be deducted from the $1,000 security deposit.
Excessive usage typically occurs when air conditioning is left running with doors or windows open. We kindly ask guests to be mindful to help keep costs reasonable.
