• 30-day minimum stays (HOA requirement)
• HOA application & Approval required (typically ~15 days)
• Non refundable $150 HOA application fee (paid directly to HOA)
• Security deposit required at lease signing
• Bookings accepted up to one year in advance
• Preference given to returning guests and longer stays

Quiet and peaceful. Borrow a book from the Communal (free) library and spend the afternoon reading on the beach or watch your favorite shows on Television. The home is equipped with Smart TVs so you can log in to watch all your familiar streaming apps including Netflix, Amazon Prime, Britbox, Hulu and many others. Join neighbors in building get-togethers with kind and friendly building residents if you are the social type. Or eat out at a different restaurant every day because Jensen Beach and the surrounding towns have so much to offer. The food is excellent!

A Building Manager is on-site a few days a week for parking passes, security, mail and other questions. I am always available by phone/chat/email for everything else or even if you want to just call and say Hello!

Cumberland Farms has just about everything for a quick takeout. We love the amazing breakfast Egg McMuffins (2 for $5) and really good coffee. Bring it to the Tiki Hut on the beach. It is really awesome to have your breakfast on the beach with the gentle breeze on your face

Strawberries is a slightly longer walk but still under 10 mins. Here you can order sandwiches and fries and icecream.
