Welcome to Oasis by KLMJ Sunshine! Completely renovated, this villa is in the #1 location in the beautiful gated community of Windsor Hills, just two miles from Disney. Enjoy complimentary pool & spa heat, themed rooms, and the only private Virtual Reality studio in the area! This is the 2nd closest Villa to the main pool so you're in the best possible spot! Enjoy overlooking the lake and nightly views of the Disney fireworks.
Resort amenities are included when you book with us! (massive heated pool, brand new water park, playgrounds, fitness & more).
***Please note that the Windsor Hills Resort main pool will be undergoing resurfacing from Sep 5 - Oct 5, 2024. During this time the water park will be open and the intent is to keep the hot tub and lounge areas open. The Villa has its own private pool, which is unaffected.***

FULLY RENOVATED. You'll love the completely renovated home. The entire kitchen is brand new with custom soft-close cabinets, quartz counters, high-end stainless appliances, premium lighting, and all the cookware you could want. Bedrooms all have brand new beds, new furniture, and new paint; each one also has its own SmartTV where you can watch cable TV or sign-in to Netflix, etc. Bedrooms are designed with families in mind: upstairs you will find a King master (plus full crib), another King suite, a Queen room, a StarWars-themed room (twin bunks), and a Princess-themed room (two twins). On the main level you will find another Queen bedroom as well.
All four bathrooms have been beautifully updated to include brand new quartz counters, new sinks, new faucets, new floors, and new paint. Each King suite has its own attached ensuite bathroom. A third large bathroom is upstairs and the fourth is on the main level.
We've added even more for your comfort: brand new floors and stairway (absolutely no carpet or old tiles), brand new higher baseboards throughout, accent paint and decor that ties the home together and will be sure to please you and your fellow guests. We've also added TVs to all bedrooms and to the pool area, plus a massive 70-Inch TV in the main living room (which also boasts a brand new premium leather sectional and new furniture).
In the backyard you will find a screened-in pool area that does a great job keeping the bugs and leaves out. The pool heat is complimentary for our guests and we have installed a brand new high-efficiency heater in order to make sure you will be comfortable as you swim. The pool is typically set to 85 degrees and the attached spa to 102 degrees (the spa is activated by turning a timer). You'll also love the outdoor eating area, second seating area, and loungers. The best part, however, is that your "home away from home" is the second closest Villa to the main pool/club house, overlooks the lake, has no rear neighbors, and boasts views of the nightly Disney fireworks.
In addition to presenting you with the most upgraded Villa on one of the best lots Windsor Hills has to offer, we are also thrilled to offer our guests a completely unique experience. Our Villa is home to Windsor Hills' First and ONLY Virtual Reality studio. You won't believe your eyes when you see the space we've created to support this incredible and immersive experience. Players can enjoy two Virtual Reality systems with over a dozen games (more added all the time). We've also provided brand new XBOX and arcade games to complete the space.

-Infants do not count towards your 12 (there is a crib in the King master)
-We have a completely upgraded Condo by the pool should you need a second location (sleeps 6)

The Villa has space for 3 parking spots and a 4th vehicle can be parked in the oversize lot if pre-arranged. Parking is free. Please note the resort security is very serious about controlling entry at the gates, which is great for families. Please make sure to read instructions in your rental agreement in order to understand procedures so that your arrival goes smoothly.

We have a great deal of experience hosting guests (in Windsor Hills). We pride ourselves on excellent communication and in creating beautiful vacation experiences for families like ours and yours.
Please note that a separate rental agreement needs to be signed within 48hrs in order to proceed with the booking.
Please also note that we do not provide a permanent BBQ because we cannot guarantee that we can provide it in perfectly clean condition to our valued guests. Instead, we can assist you to rent a fully cleaned BBQ (with full propane) at a size that meets your needs; you rent it directly from a 3rd party so it's actually cheaper than the typical owner "pass-along" cost (which is usually added upon signing the rental agreement) but you get a better product that's nice and clean.
We do not charge for pool & spa heat; it's complimentary :)

My family have rented homes for the past 4 years in Florida. Once in Davenport and for the last 3, in Kissimmee at Windsor Hills. We absolutely LOVE the Windsor hills community. Being gated, within 2 miles from Disney, and central to most amusement park locations, it really is the ideal place for us and NOW, not only have we found our vacation stay community, we have found our forever Windsor Home with KLMJ Sunshine’s 6 bedroom villa! This house was immaculate, beautifully designed and renovated and the game room was next level…You can’t even tell from the inside, that it is actually the garage portion of the house. 8 out of 9 of my family stated their favorite part of the whole trip was the house. Conveniently located to the community amenities, the ONLY thing that would make it better is if it were in the end, but I happen to look up the house on the end and it doesn’t even compare. To top it off, we had the very best hosts we have EVER had. Responds within minutes, very attentive, very detailed, leaves no stone unturned when it comes to making you feel welcome and taken care of in their home. We may not always come to Windsor with changing up our vacations from time to time but we won’t look for another home other than this one. Dawn H.Perfect Family Vacation
This was our first family vacation and it was PERFECT! This property is beautiful but more importantly the hosts have set it up to make sure you feel like you are at home. We did not go to Disney this trip (we will absolutely be booking again to do that soon) that said we did not have a minute of downtime with all the amenities this property offers (in the house as well as in the gated community). My daughter (3yo) spent every waking minute between the backyard pool and the giant pool/splash pad minutes from the house. She talks non stop to anyone who will listen about getting to sleep in an Elsa/Princess Room at night and in cool bunk beds with a Yoda stuffy for her naps (lol). My other daughter (1 yo) loved going to the castle park to climb and swing and my husband spent many hours in the virtual reality/games room. There really is something for EVERYONE’s tastes and interests. On top of a stunning property the hosts were amazing!! Their communications were timely and concise and they provided great recommendations e.g rental cars, picking up groceries and beaches to visit. My only advice is don’t wait for one more minute go and book this property with Brandon and Christina you and your family will love it.

If I could give 100 stars I would, we’ve been to Orlando 5 times and this is by far the best stay every. The house was very clean. The kids loved the themed rooms. The location was very close to the gate and that was a plus. The games room with the virtual reality was stunning. Last but not least the communication with the owners was easy and they replied to every email within minutes. Thank you so much will definitely stay here again.

Nicola S.Fabulous villa in great location!
We have just returned from a fabulous two weeks at the KLMJ Sunshine Villa - it is a wonderful house in a really great location in Windsor Hills. The property has just been refurbished and it is beautifully decorated and also has new appliances / washer / dryer etc. There is an amazing Virtual Reality games room which is something special. The pool is heated and the outside area has a great view over the lake. The property owners are super responsive hosts and are more than happy to answer questions and check in with you to make sure everything is ok. Organising the rental / payment / check in was all very easy. Would highly recommend if you are looking to stay in a special home near to Disney.
