Our full private golf club membership can be transferred to you, allowing you to golf, and use all facilities, heated community pool with Spa, tennis courts, pickle ball, bocce, state of the art gym, and club house offering restaurant, bar and many events. The Casita floor plan is a unique style as you enter the home you will be in a courtyard floor plan with an inground pool surrounded by active living areas. Our home is recently renovated with all new appliances including washer and dryer and is fully air conditioned. We have high speed internet, Wi-Fi, and 3 HD TVs with Cable DVR with 130 Channels and HBO. The Master bedroom has a king size bed, dresser, TV, a large master bath with double sinks a soaking tub, separate shower and large walk-in closet with built ins. Second bedroom has a queen size bed, dresser, large closet, with sliding doors out to the casita pool area. Third separate bedroom is in the Casita with a queen size bed, dresser, TV, walk in closet and private bathroom with walk in shower. This room is detached from the main house but still under the same roof. The Casita pool area is very private with an outdoor built in gas BBQ, a mini refrigerator, and sink. The main house offers sliding doors out to a large screened in porch with outdoor seating and another table and chairs to enjoy your morning coffee or watch the beautiful sunsets. Our home has a fully equipped kitchen, all the bedding linens and towels you will need. Our dining table comes with a leaf to seat 8-10. Also, there are 2 separate family rooms. Rent includes a cleaning service every two weeks. Just come and enjoy yourselves.
Tara Golf and Country Club is continently located near I-75 and is a short drive to the famous Gulf of Mexico beaches including Long Boat Key and Siesta Key. Also nearby is the VanWezel performing arts center, St Armonds Key and many of the area’s finest restaurants with plenty of shopping. Centrally located to Sarasota and St. Petersburg. Sarasota/ Bradenton airport is a 15-20 drive. Our home is strict no pet no smoking home

Excellent well appointed home with great decor and lots of space.Whilst an excellent property there are several issues which mean we would not rent this property again.1) the design of the pool area means it is adjacent to the pool area of the next property and as this property is also a rental means you are at the luck of the tenants. We had to have words with the tenants to keep noise levels down.2) the pool gets full of tiny sugar ants which you cannot get rid of - maybe the netting needs changing to prevent this.3) not sure how often the property is bug sprayed but we had several cockroaches in the house during our visit.4) the owner advertised bicycles- however one needed repairing which we did on the owners behalf for $50 but the funds have not been forthcoming!5) the owner insisted on a lease and a $2000 deposit - it took three weeks with many emails to get the deposit returned with a deduction, which we have been unable to ascertain why.Beautiful property let down by the owner - we won’t be revisiting this property, the area is beautiful and there are lots of properties to rent on Tara - select carefully!Grahame &Tina

"Thank you for your feedback. We were unaware of any bank fees and there was no prior agreement to cover them., as you wanted the payment made through internet banking. Our pool is serviced weekly, and we were surprised to hear about ants or cockroaches, as no issues were reported during your stay. We always aim for a clean, comfortable environment for our guests and would have addressed any concerns immediately if notified. Upon leaving we were glad to hear how lovely the house was. Best, Ed"
