Lovely home near Siesta Key
Location: We stayed for a month at Aaron and Joanne's home near Siesta Key, and it was the perfect "home away from home". The house was very close to the white powder sand beaches, making daily sunset visits very convenient. The Home: The property was impeccably clean and thoughtfully laid out for a long-term stay. We particularly loved the private screened-in patio area—it was our go-to spot for morning coffee and evening relaxation without worrying about bugs. The beds were very comfortable. The neighborhood was quiet and close to stores, restaurants, and a gym.Amenities: For a month-long trip, a stocked kitchen and a responsive thermostat were appreciated. Having high-quality beach gear (chairs, umbrellas, and bikes) provided by the host saved us the hassle of extra rental costs.Management: Our host was very responsive and informative. The check-in and check-out process was seamless.

Host response
"Hi Diane,Thank you for the thoughtful and detailed review. We are happy to hear that you enjoyed your stay. We also love being able to walk to the beach and the lanai is one of our favorite spots for morning coffee and unwinding in the evening. We loved having you as a guest and appreciate how well you took care of the home. We would be glad to welcome you for a future stay.Aaron & Joanne"
Jeff P.Great location, fully stocked, very clean
We stayed here for 4 1/2 weeks starting 3-1-25. Very clean and probably one of the best stocked vacation rentals we’ve ever used. It didn’t have a pool, but we knew that going in and the beach is only 10-15 minutes away without traffic. But of course when u go in March, lots of traffic. Hard to find something to complain about with this one. We’d use it again, but maybe stay away from March and spring break.

Douglas G.February getaway
My wife and I had a very enjoyable stay in Sarasota .the neighborhood is very quiet with dead end streets great for walking. Many restaurants close by in Sarasota or across the bridge in siesta key. Other activities close by. Our hosts were quick to respond with any questions or needs Would definitely recommend

Maureen B.Excellent winter rental near Siesta Key
My husband and I spent three months at the home of Aaron and Joanne in the winter of 2023.I believe that we were the first renters after an extensive renovation of the property. The owners were swift to answer questions prior to our visit and continued to be available throughout. The home is light, bright, visually pleasing and spotlessly clean. The furnishings, including beds, were comfortable and new. There was a good supply of bed linens and towels. The kitchen contained all the equipment and appliances that we needed and we cooked there fairly frequently. There was a BBQ grill off the lanai also. The lanai, leading off the tv room is well furnished and maintains good shaded areas. The home exceeded our expectations in every way.The large garage contained bicycles and beach furniture for tenant use. As there is a large circular drive, parking of several vehicles is not an issue. The location of the property is central for the amenities on Tamiami Trail, but in a quiet, residential enclave very near Siesta Key South Bridge. The latter is reached quickly by bike, car or walking and thence access to the Siesta Key beaches. Downtown is easily accessed by Tamiami Trail, or our preference, by Osprey which is less crowded. There are numerous excellent restaurants and grocery stores nearby which are easily accessible. My husband and I especially appreciated the proximity of the Gulf Gate stores ( two traffic lights away). This area contains good food venues, bars, delis, an excellent florist, hairdresser and a French bakery (L'Opera) which has the best almond croissant outside of Paris! We would recommend this rental extremely highly, and had planned to be regular winter visitors had we not purchased our own condo in Sarasota.
