The space
The house is located on a large corner for perfect serenity. It boasts 3 large bedrooms with nice sized closets for all your belongings. There is also an office/media room off of the garage that has a desk and Queen sofa bed. The heater & chiller pool is perfect for enjoyment summer and winter months. There is a covered patio perfect for escaping the sun and socializing next to the pool. Guests will enjoy the large yard and parking area in the front (next to the driveway), which is perfect for an RV or boat. There is a dedicated 30 amp circuit for all your charging needs.
Guests shared that they really enjoy being outside without having to combat mosquitos. We regularly spray a non-toxic blend of cayenne and garlic around the property to provide guests a great, safe outdoor experience.

We normally don't host families with pets, but please message me if you have a small pet and we can make an assessment on case by case basis.
$500 Security deposit due at lease signing (refundable)
Rent due 60 days before arrival - no refundable after that.
Heater/Chiller fee: No fee but please know the pool is not a jacuzzi. We normally heat the pool at 85F-88F. It all depends on weather. Pool heater doesn't run 24 hrs. It normally runs 9-10 hrs. We can charge extra if you want it running 24 hrs.

I don't have words to describe how gorgeous and impressive the house is. Super clean and neat from interior to exterior, the backyard with the pool, and all the patio items, tempt you to be there at all times. The house is perfectly located walking distance to shops. The neighborhood is very friendly, safe and quiet. Gladys respond all my questions within minutes and she was available when we need her, shes a great host, make me feel so comfortable. Cant wait to be back. I highly recommend the property.

Michele Q.Resort style backyard in a very quiet neighborhood!
This house is perfectly located being 10 minutes to the beach and walking distance to grocery stores and more. You are a block from a main road but you are located on a no outlet street so literally no through traffic. The area is extremely quiet and relaxing. The owners were very responsive to any questions we had throughout our stay of almost 3 months. The backyard feels like a resort with a beautiful pool and located right next to a municipal golf course. The king size bed in the master was very comfortable and the sofa in the living room also very comfortable. there wasn’t outdoor dining which is a must for us coming from the north and winter. We understand from the owners that this will be added to the property.
