About the owner: Our Salty Heirs family purchased this condo after the sale of our family beach property in Inlet Beach, Fl Our patriarch was awarded this beach property around 1950 as a part of a WW11 veteran's lottery. After about 70 years, we decided to sell this property and use the proceeds to purchase waterfront property closer to home so that family and friends can enjoy it more often.
Why this property? The remote location or Palm Coast was inviting, the southerly view was beautiful, but the drive to the Matanzas River Boat Club, was what sold us! It was one of the most amazingly beautiful drives we have ever seen in Florida!
