This beautiful, completely remodeled Gulf front condo is truly a coastal oasis! King Master Bedroom overlooks the Gulf of Mexico! The kitchen as been completely updated with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. It has an open floor plan and a spacious balcony with breathtaking views of the white sandy beaches located here on the Emerald Coast. The queen sleeper sofa makes into a bed which allows this condo to sleep 4 comfortably. The resort offers a fitness center, hot tubs, three resort pools, poolside bar and grill and a grilling area for you to enjoy! Two beach chairs and umbrella are provided in the condo for guest use.
Condo 4-1202 is located in Tower 4 on the 12th floor. The age requirement to rent this condo is 25.

My mom and I spent a week away from the cold Minnesota temperatures. Long Beach Resort in Panama City Beach was perfect! The condo was clean, decorated nicely, and had all of the necessities to make it a comfortable, cozy place to stay. The sunsets over the ocean that we viewed off from the balcony were breathtaking and we even saw several dolphins swimming together one morning - a very memorable experience! Farah was also very accommodating and easy to work with. We would highly recommend this property to anybody that is looking for some time away! We hope to book again sometime in the near future!

Creighton P.Beautiful Place with Beautiful Views
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! It had the great homey feeling that we needed to relax and the views were absolutely breath taking! So much animal activity (dolphins, stingrays)could be seen in the waters! We loved the fact we were not in the busiest/noisiest parts of the strip but found we were still right in the middle of all the things to do. Great communication with the host and no real issues! We will definitely be looking into booking again!

I have stayed at Long Beach Resort several times. This condo was VERY clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Comfortable furniture from the bed to the balcony furniture. Great views from the 12th floor and even though one of the elevators was down, the wait for the elevator wasn't long at all. I would definitely stay here again!

The condo was perfect for us! It is well maintained and smelled so clean right when we opened the door! The decor was updated and perfect! The shower was amazing! We really enjoyed the view from the double balcony as well! We would love to stay at this condo again in the future!

We Love Long Beach Resort. Just Love it! It is a Great location. The water and weather for two days was the calmest/clearest I have seen in 40 years of coming to PCB. We will be back! Farah is very prompt in her replies for information. Just a great place all around.

Wonderful resort right in the heart of Eastern Panama City Beach. Unit was well decorated and everything clean and in working order. Having a larger balcony that expanded across both the living area and BR is a nice plus. Big bathroom was also quite nice.

This Condo was perfect for us! This Condo was so nicely furnished also. Great Location! It has everything we needed. I was especially impressed with how clean the unit was. We have stayed at many condos and most are not clean at all! Great communication with the units representative also! I would highly recommend this condo for a single person or a couple. It’s not big enough for a family.

This condo was perfect for me and my husband. I have nothing to complain about. The bed & pillows were super comfy. I really liked how we had a view of the Gulf from our bedroom as well as the living room. Even the elevator was fast and we didn't have to wait. The beach was beyond words. PERFECT! We were there after school started, so it wasn't busy. We had two chairs and an umbrella and the water was just perfect temp. The communication with the agency was expedient and Farah was very helpful getting us in our condo early. I would highly recommend this condo!
