Our Edgewater Beach Resort Condo is updated, clean and in excellent condition. This condo is located in Tower 3 on the 10th floor and is in the ultimate location - not too high or too low, and the panoramic views from this balcony of the Gulf of Mexico are amazing. It overlooks one of the pools and a hot tub! Bask in the sun on your large balcony overlooking the pool and the Gulf of Mexico. The view is unbelievable from this balcony, and the master bedroom views do not disappoint! Wall of floor to ceiling windows, and a door leading to the balcony! There are only a few 1 bedroom deluxe condos at Edgewater and this condo has a very spacious floor plan. The condo is extremely large with over 1000 square feet of living area. The massive master bedroom suite and the living area both open onto the gulf front balcony. Newly remodeled bunk space provides more sleeping options with premium plush beds for comfort. The queen sleeper sofa sleeps 2 more guests. You will find everything up to date, including granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, flat panel Televisions and free wireless internet. This condo sleeps 6 comfortably.

The condo was exactly what we thought it would be! It looked just like the pictures and the view from the bedroom was breathtaking! The property itself was very nice! A little bit of construction was going on but we came during the off season so that is to be expected! Overall we had an amazing time! There were also a lot of cats running around but we didn’t mind. We went as boyfriend and girlfriend and came back engaged! Couldn’t have asked for a better stay!

If you want to relax and enjoy the beach and pool activities this property has to offer you can not go wrong here. Clean, comfortable and we only wish we would have booked it for another week. I was hoping the golf club would have some kind of better deal for people staying on the property. We would have golfed more if the price was more reasonable. My wife and I loved the balcony views and beautiful sunsets.

We enjoyed our stay and plan on returning. Farah was eggstremely repsonsive to all our questions. The mattress was a little soft on the edges and the sun blinds fell off the ceiling but other than that this condo was fantastic great location and we are eager to return.

This condo was absolutely stunning. Beautiful beachy upgrades, and exactly what you’d want a condo to look like. Even though it’s a one bedroom, the extra bunk room in the living room makes it so a whole family can stay. Our family stayed in another one bedroom in this building, and ours was much bigger And even had a second bathroom, which is huge when getting ready or having guests over. Even the balcony was oversized for a one bedroom. We will definitely book this condo again on our next PCB trip.

Our condo rental at Edgewater Beach Resort was very clean and beautifully decorated and the location was absolutely terrific! The master bedroom had huge windows and we loved the view of the ocean from our room. My kids loved the bunk bed and now wants one at our house. We used to just stay at hotels when we go to PCB (because of the free breakfast) but it’s a small price to pay to have to cook your own breakfast as it’s so much more comfortable to stay at a condo. Huge thanks to Farah, our host, as well. She’s very communicative and was quick to answer our queries. We truly enjoyed our stay and we would love to come back someday in the future!

This condo looks exactly like the photos. Highly recommend staying here. The views from the balcony and the bedroom are breath taking. This place is very kid friendly. The kids enjoyed the pools, splash pad and the beach. Restaurants and fun attractions are close by within walking or driving distance. We come to PCB yearly and will be booking this place again!

Hello Me and my husband daughter and granddaughter spent 6 nights in 1004 and it was excellent. The condo was just as pictured, clean and well appointed. The view from the balcony in the morning with a couple cups of coffee was breath taking. The resort was well maintained and the staff courteous. We have stayed at another resort close to here and the elevator was dirty and slow, not here. Also the pools are open late and they have plenty of umbrellas and chairs. The parking and check in procedure was super easy. If your looking for a unit with a great view and sooo comfortable, look no further.We would not hesitate to book this unit again. Thank YOU Farrah

We had a wonderful experience staying here! The room looked exactly like the pictures. It is beautifully decorated and very clean! My parents stayed in a different condo and were very jealous of ours when they came over to see it. My children loved the bunk beads. Each bunk bead has its own wall outlet and light switch. This was great because my children are 5 and 2, so I plugged them both in a nightlight on their bunk area. The top bunk also had an air vent, so it didn’t get hot in the nook. I saw someone complained about the curtain situation in a previous review. They have since replaced or added curtains. The bedroom is very dark if the curtains are pulled shut. My only complaint about this place is that there’s not an extra lock on the door up high where small children can’t reach it. The door is very simple to unlock. My 2 year old son quickly realized this and once he left the room while we were all trying to change clothes. Thankfully I caught him right outside our room. We kept a chair propped up in front of the door after that for the rest of our trip. I told Farah my concerns and she said she was going to pass it along to the owners. Farah was wonderful during our stay. She was always super quick to respond if I needed her. We loved our stay here. We would definitely love to stay here again as long as they add an extra lock on the door.

We frequently visit Panama City Beach and have stayed at many properties throughout the years. This is by far my favorite place to stay. It was very clean and the furnishings were updated and comfortable. The views are amazing! You truly can see the water from anywhere in the Condo. The best is waking up looking at the water from the bed in the Master Bedroom. Edgewater is a well kept property with beautiful pools and an onsite restaurant. The hosts were very attentive to our needs and made sure that we were happy. The condo is perfect for a couple or a small family of 4. Can't say enough about this breathtaking gem of a place. We can't wait to go back. Thanks so much for sharing it with us.

We go to the condo and checked in with the gate attendant which was a nice surprise. We didn't realize it was a gated condo community with security. The condo looked just like the pictures and even smelled really good. The view from the back balcony of the beach, ocean, and the sunset was great. From tower 3 you access the beach by walking through the front gate and over to the public beach access which is right next to the building. There are SOOOO many restaurants within walking distance or a very short drive. Pineapple Willy's is right down the street on the same side of the road (well within walking distance).We have vacationed with family in the past but this time it was just the wife and I. There are bunk beds that are tucked away very nicely with lights for both the top and bottom bunks with power plugs that have usb jacks. We didn't use them but that would have been really handy for someone with kids. The couch is a pullout couch. Again, we didn't use that but would be nice for someone who brought a bigger troupe. The dining table is nice and large and the counter is especially large and doubles as a breakfast bar.The bedroom was nice and large, the bed was very comfortable, and there were plenty of pillows and blankets there.I noticed that the AC was running quite a bit on a somewhat mild day and let Farah know. It was not a big deal at all but I'm a pipefitter/plumber and just wanted to let them know. They had a tech there within two hours to check it out. I appreciated the promptness that they were able to get someone there.There were pots, pans, cookware, silverware, plates, bowls, and plenty of cups. The last time that we stayed at a beach condo we had to buy some of the utensils that were lacking. We did not have to do that here.The pool area was really nice and never crazy busy.Overall my wife and I had a great stay here and are already planning the next one.
