Amazing 1st floor condo

Amazing 1st floor one bedroom ocean front condo. The only issues that we had was the televisions didn't work properly. No local networks available. I was expecting to have attended least local channels and basic cable or satellite TV service. The kitchen needs additional coffee cups, cookware and more basic utensils such as a pizza slicer, more spoons and forks, etc. Otherwise the condo was excellent. We had a wonderful time there.

Our go to Place

This is our second time staying here and it did not disappoint. This location on the 2 nd floor is the best. The balcony is huge and you can see everything on the beach. The added beach chair service added this year is an even greater bonus. We will come back to our go to place.

Relaxing week on the beach

My wife and I enjoyed a relaxing week on the beach at the Long Beach Resort. A perfect view of the beach with the sounds of the waves creating a pleasant environment on the balcony. The unit provided all our needs with an excellent location at Panama Beach.

A beautiful little gem

The first step inside is breathtaking with the view front & center. We find the condo perfect for us. First floor which can be accessed by 1 flight of steps or elevator. It is comfy with everything you need for a relaxing time at the beach.

Perfect!

This little gem was so perfect for my best friend and I to spend a week at!! The host has thought of everything you could possibly need while staying here. From appliances to beach chairs! There was ample room for the two of us to move around in. The bed was comfortable. We liked the fact that one of us could shower while the other was getting ready at the sink/mirror area. They also provided two lounge chairs and an umbrella down on the beach. These were set up for us daily. The balcony area was the perfect place to start our day with breakfast. At night we enjoyed watching the sun go down and the people looking for ghost crabs with their flashlights. An added bonus were the daily jet flyovers from the local military base. Truly impressive! I would highly recommend this condo and hope to return again soon!

Beautiful view

This condo was beautiful and very clean. It was so convenient to just be able to walk through the gate and have your toes in the sand in seconds. We saw dolphins multiple times while sitting outside on the lanai and you didn’t even need to leave your bed to see the ocean. Now that is relaxing.The lanai is huge so you have patio doors in the living room and bedroom. We walked to breakfast and dinner which was very convenient. Lots of shops close by to walk to and even a Walmart within walking distance. You will love this condo!!

First tme at Long Beach

This was our first time staying at Long Beach Resort and it was lovely! The condo was clean, close to the pool and beach but quiet in regards to outside noise. You do here noise a bit above you if they are being loud. Easy check-in, lots of parking, fast elevators and close to the stairs which we used most of the time since the condo is just one flight up from the ground. One note, tub/shower is very tall since it is a soaking tub but does have grab handles to help those of us with bad knees get in it!

Lovely condo for amazing vacation

Clean, comfortable, modern and everything you need for a beautiful monthly stay in PCB. First floor in easy walk up from beach or car. Very quiet and peaceful in Feb. Farah is terrific Manager- answers text quickly with information and local advice! Internet Smart TV has Apple and Prime, plus local cable. Cooking is good, big fridge and pantry- just bring a spatula and more dish towels for the kitchen. Bedroom and Bathroom are great- lots of hot water, big towels and clean sheets. Just a beautiful place to be on a gorgeous white sand beach! We loved our weeks here beyond our expectations!

Perfect beach getaway - Love this place so much!

The views from this condo is amazing! The condo is well maintained, clean and super comfortable. It has everything you need and absolutely gorgeous views of the beach from every room. The pool is super close and you can see it from the balcony as well. It's just so convenient - there is plenty of food, shopping and grocery options within walking distance and everything you could every want within a 5-10 minute drive. The condo building is well maintained and feels very secure. This was our second time to stay in this unit and it never disappoints. Awesome stay! 2nd year in a row and we'll be back!

The condo is amazing!! Its very comfortable and convenient to everything - food, shopping, walking and THE BEACH!!! You have THE most incredible views from anywhere inside the condo and also from the balconies, of course :) We spend a tremendous amount of time on the patio, but you can just sit on the bed or in the living area and just find yourself staring out at the beach/ocean. Condo building is very well maintained and feels very secure and safe. There is literally everything you need here - comfortable, plenty of room, full service kitchen (coffee makers, utensils, pans, dishes, everything you need. We just bring our suitcases and spend the week relaxing, watching the ocean, walking the beach every morning/evening. Lots of food options within walking distance or within a few minutes drive. Emerald Coast Real Estate does a phenomenal job of communicating with us and we have never had any issues what so ever with our booking or with the condo. Everything is always clean, stocked and ready to go. Book with confidence - we'll be booking our week for 2024 shortly!

The most convenient location and beautiful view!

We will definitely stay here again! The room was beautiful and perfect for my family of three. I really appreciated that it was not over decorated with things that my little one could get into. I didn’t have to worry about her breaking anything, which was wonderful for this mama who wanted to try to relax a bit. The bed was comfy, everything was clean, and the balcony was huge for a one bedroom. We absolutely loved how convenient it was to walk right down the stairs to the pool or the beach. We didn’t want to leave!

Long Beach Resort is a great place to stay! We met great people while swimming in the pool. We are all coming back the same time next year. Comfortable, convenient & relaxing!

My family and I stayed one week in this beautiful condo! The location is amazing, the beach views from the condo are breathtaking. The condo itself is very clean, well decorated and feels homey and comfortable. After a long day on the beach & the evening in the pool and or hot tub. My family and I would return to the condo for a family movie with popcorn. The big screen TV with the Disney+ was a nice addition for a calm evening. There are 3 swimming pools with hot tubs, 2 heated pools, and 1 not heated. This was convenient in the event one pool was busy while another one was not. The beach is one of the most beautiful beaches, the sand is like sugar, the water was 70° and comfortable to swim in. There was a sandbar that you could walk out on and stand in the water. The beach access from the condo was fast & easy, it took two minutes if that to get to the beach. There are lounge chairs with umbrella, on the beach that can be reserved for the duration of your stay. The condo is on the first level which made it very convenient to get to the beach and the parking lot to our vehicle for carrying groceries, luggage etc. It has a full kitchen, which made it convenient to make some meals. Although there are tons of good restaurants we ate at located close by. Some within walking distance. My family, and I would definitely love to stay here again! thank you so much for the wonderful accommodations & and providing a fun, family vacation!

Relax

This condo is the perfect way to spend relaxing time at the beach. The view of the Gulf from the great room and master bedroom glass doors is fantastic. A balcony runs the length of the unit.The beach strip is long and clean. It's very walkable.Being on the first floor, it's easy to access the ground level, resort amenities and the beach via nearby stairs or an elevator.A variety of retail and restaurants are nearby--within three miles. There is a Walmart a block away.The condo appears to have been recently updated, as there are no signs of wear. The kitchen has newer appliances and is well equipped. The furniture is clean and comfortable. There are two modern TVs with full cable and streaming entertainment options. Internet service is good.The host is attentive and a great communicator.

The view was spectacular & condo was spotless!

This condo made for a wonderful vacation. It was spotless & had everything we needed for 2 weeks. Two nice sized TV’s & mostly updated. The shower/tub could use an update, but sufficient for us. The patio was so relaxing to enjoy the view if we didn’t want to walk to beach. The view was amazing & on first floor made for quick & easy access to the gorgeous beach. We would definitely consider this condo again. Farah, was very quick to respond when I had a question.

Fantastic Location and delightful accommodations!

This property is located on the most beautiful white sand beaches of Panama City Beach. Beach walks, gorgeous sunsets and playful dining/ drinking options are all easily accessed. The overall property is well maintained, secure from public access and a team of administrators are available 6 days a week. We found the unit we stayed in to be well stocked, stunning views and a very comfortable bed! My husband and I hope to return if our travels bring us back to the area.

We loved our stay!

The condo was beautiful and so clean. As the other reviews have stated, it is in the perfect location. We loved being on the 1st floor and had quick access to the pool and beach. It was our first stay with Long Beach Resort and we loved it. We would definitely book this same condo again. Farah was great and text the day before our arrival about our instructions. Great condo, perfect location!

Spacious condo right on the beach. Easy access to the pool and beach. It’s on the first floor so you’re just one flight of stairs away from a beautiful pool and beach. Beach was gorgeous. Clear water and not too busy. This condo also comes with 2 chairs and an umbrella which is super convenient! We had a wonderful time and the condo itself was clear and decorated nicely.

Perfect little paradise getaway

My daughter and I stayed here and this is my favorite condo in PCB so far. We felt safe the entire time we were there. We loved the way it was decorated. It was very clean and had new appliances. The condo is in a perfect location. We were able to walk to our car and back in less than 2 minutes. There was no crowded elevators to deal with. If we had to make a run to the store it was quick and easy. All we had to do is walk down one flight of stairs and walk just a few feet to the parking lot where our car was parked. The condo is only 1 flight of stairs. It was also easy, quick and convenient to get to the beach or the pool. The only time we had to wait on an elevator was when we loaded and unloaded all of our things because we used a luggage cart. It was a really nice change! The view from the balcony was beautiful!! Love the view from the bedroom and living room. The balcony was very spacious and had nice furniture. The entire condo had nice, cute and appealing furniture. It looked professionally decorated. The bed was comfortable. We also had beach chairs included so we didn’t have to carry beach chairs or real with trying to find and rent some. I don’t have any complaints and we will definitely be back! Highly recommend this place!

Wonderful condo! Perfect location

Such a great condo for family, esp those who have young children. Right next to the lagoon pool and beach access as well as the stairs so no need to have to use the elevators. Balcony was a great size with plenty of lounge furniture for everyone!
