We enjoyed our stay at Edgewater! The condo was immaculate and felt like luxury! We enjoyed the views from the picture window and balcony. The beds were extremely comfortable. The elevator was conveniently located right near the condo door. We dined several times at Oceans Bar and Grill and my kids got treats at Edgie’s a few times. Live music by the pool and movie nights were an added touch. This rental company was extremely responsive and provided timely and detailed information!

My family thoroughly enjoyed our week at Edgewater! This condo was conveniently located right beside the elevator. Upon entry, the space was super clean. The small details of design make this feel like a luxury vacation. Towels and bedding were extra comfortable. We spent our mornings on the balcony watching and laughing at the kittens playing below. The resort offers live music and movie nights for kids. We ate at Oceans several times (my kids love the nachos fresca) and wish we could order them in South Carolina! Farah was extremely efficient in communicating all directions for check in and check out. I highly recommend this company and this condo for your future trips to PCB!

We stayed at Edgewater tower 1, unit 307, for 9 nights recently. The facility has everything you need in a vacation destination. The entire facility was exceptionally clean and well maintained by the staff. It is also central to walking to so many places for entertainment, shopping and meals. It's direct access to the beach was excellent as well. The oversized balcony and quality patio furniture was really nice to enjoy the balconies' exceptional view. The kitchen was well stocked with all the extra things needed for cooking full meals. That was a nice bonus. It also had three smart TV's including a nice sized unit in the family room. The full-size washer and dryers came in handy too. We would definitely recommend this unit for families under 6 people.

The condo is beautiful and very well maintained. My family of 5 stayed here for spring break and had a wonderful time. The chairs on the deck are very nice and we drank coffee out there every morning. Anyone wanting to stay there with more than five is very feasible because the pull out couch could fit four small children or two adults very comfortably. And the bunk in the hall has a full bed and a twin on top so there is plenty of room. Master bathroom shower is very nice and lots of room. They have a bamboo stool in there also which is nice! I would definitely stay there again. The only thing negative I have to say is about Edgewater itself and their new pool rules where you cannot move the chairs to face the sun and they can only go on one direction and they are very strict. Also they are so close together that you can barely put your legs down. And half the pool area is reserved for VIP rentals only. We have been coming here for 20 years now and I was very upset by the regulations out at the pool and there were only two people that rented the chairs the entire week that we were there and half of the pool was saved (wasted)for that reason. But that is on Edgewater! Love love the condo!

This was the best condo we have stayed in over the past 8 years! Beautifully decorated, full kitchen, comfortable beds (major plus) and location! The only thing you need to bring or buy is groceries and beach towels, literally everything else is provided. The host, Farah, was very responsive and accommodating through our entire stay. We'll be back next year!

This was our first stay at the Edgewater Beach Resort. Tower 1 - 307 had all that we needed for a family vacation. The modern feel and great layout gave us room to let our family of 5 stretch out and not feel cramped like some 2 bedroom units do. Our contact was helpful and checked in a few times during our trip to make sure we had a great time. You almost have every thing you need at the resort to stay there for the week. Live music by the pool, bonfire & smores for the complex on the beach, karaoke, ice cream shop, Bar & Grill on the resort, and more. My one complaint\warning would be that even if you use the beach service umbrella and chairs, anyone else can come and set up their personal chairs and umbrellas in front of the beach service chairs and umbrellas. I would save your money on the beach service and bring your own chairs and umbrellas.

We really enjoyed staying in this condo with my family! The condo itself is nicely updated and decorated. The beds are also very comfortable and the ocean view is gorgeous! My girls slept really well on the bunk beds. The mattresses that are on the bunks are wonderful! The king bed in the master bedroom is also very comfortable and the other king was nice as well. My teen son slept on the couch in the main family room, and he slept great as well. The couch turns into a bed, and we brought a smaller twin size topper (it was down feathers that rolled up easily) to lay on top of the couch, which gave the couch a little extra softness, but the couch is nice and new and not one of those old creaky pull outs.Everything in the condo is beautifully decorated and the view is great! You would think that on the third floor, the view might not be all that great, but this view was stunning!! I already miss that ocean view!! The DJ at the pool does play music at the pool in the afternoons but it didnt bother us with the balcony doors shut. The pool itself was also wonderful and we ate at Oceans restaurant- right there on the pool deck at least four times bc the food was good and it was also so convenient!We had only one small issue with the water heater (showers were nice and hot, so no problem there). We were told by maintenance that one of the pipes on the water heater was leaking a bit (the unit below us noticed and called in). Maintenance came right away to assess the water heater, and it was fixed easily and quickly. It will not be an issue now. The owner also came the next morning just to make sure it was fixed right away. We were impressed by how responsive they were in fixing that!All and all, it was a wonderful stay! We were sad to leave this condo because of the beautiful decorations, comfortable beds, and stunning view. We will definitely stay here again! It is our favorite condo we have stayed in so far, and we have rented out many different kinds of properties. Go ahead and book - you won’t be sorry!

My family and I had a fantastic week at Edgewater! This unit was exactly as described and EXCEEDED ouR expectations. We will be returning next year and would recommend our friends and family to check this place out as well.Comfortable beds, updated shower in master bath, accommodating Furniture in the living room and nice tvs to keep the kids entertained during breakfast and lunch.The pool and hot tub were big hits for our young girls and the beach is amazing. White sand and beautiful blue waters. We saw dolphins in very close and collected some smaller shells in the mornings.We had a quick question regarding the door lock on our first day and the hosts were available right away to answer our questions.Have no hesitation booking, you will love this unit in PCB!

The condo was exactly as advertised, and I couldn't have been more pleased! Condo was well maintained and beautifully decorated. It was fully equipped. The decor was lovely, and we had a wonderful stay. I would highly recommend this condo. The Edgewater resort is also beautiful, but it is pricier than in former years we have stayed. They put up a lot of Cabana's around the pool for rental fees and pool chairs with cushions and umbrellas for rental fees cutting down the number of pool chairs available for use without fees. In addition, the restaurant, Oasis prices were sky high with a resort fee attached as well. So, beware of high pricing around the resort. My cost for 2 bagels and the hashbrown breakfast meal came out to 68.00. Another person in our party who ate there for lunch said they paid over $70 for a hamburger and a fish lunch. Now when I ordered I thought the price was going to be maybe around 25.00 so imagine my surprise when the check was 68.00. Apparently, the online menu was not accurate, and they added on resort fees etc... So may want to check on actual pricing beforehand. I used to eat at the restaurant for breakfast every morning when staying at resort and bill was usually no more than 20.00 so definitely way overpriced now.

We will certainly come back. I have an 8 and 10 year old and my husband and I have stayed at almost every place in PCB. I love the condo. It was updated recently and straight out of a country living magazine.The resort is amazing as well. They have very serious staff that will make sure that the environment stays clean. The gift shop has a Starbucks!!!And the property has a restaurant that has great food and offers wonderful pizza as well.The beach is beautiful. There are 2 hot tubs that were perfect. And the pool- no words- clean, not crowded- huge. They even offered a movie night for the kids. What a wonderful dream this vacation was. Thank you Farrah!

This condo needs more than 5 stars! The pictures online represent exactly how it looks! It is beautifully decorated and truly felt like home! It was very very clean and was fully stocked with everything we needed. I wasn’t sure how the view was going to be since being on the third floor, but it was AMAZING! We were back far enough but still high enough to even watch the dolphins swim one night! The resort was very clean and well kept. The pool area was amazing! We ate at the on site restaurant a couple of times and the food and service was really good. Farah was a pleasure to work with and was very quick to respond when I had questions. This was our first time in PCB and it will not be our last!
