Condo 712 is located on the 7th floor at Shores of Panama with same floor parking. Completely updated 2 Bedroom, 2 Bath sleeps 6 comfortably. Double balcony in the center of the building on the 7th floor & overlooks our beautiful lagoon pool & the gulf as far as you can see. 2nd bedroom sleeps 2 with bunks, barn door & its own full bath. Our huge sectional sofa pulls out to a queen sleeper sofa! The kitchen features granite countertops and lots of storage space. It has a nicely stocked kitchen, including a Keurig/coffee pot and much more for any cooking you may want to do while you are here. There is a washer and dryer for your convenience. All linens and towels are provided. You will need to bring your own beach towels. The bathrooms have plenty of space and offers a shower/tub combo with a nice vanity area. Out on your private balcony, you can soak in the view of the popular Shores of Panama lagoon-style pool, Pineapple Willy's Restaurant and the Gulf of Mexico while enjoying coffee, breakfast, snacks or cocktails!
At Shores of Panama you are literally just steps from the sugar white sands, with a private beach access making it easy to enjoy the area's main attraction. Be sure to carve out some time for kicking back with a good book or cool drink in the spectacular lagoon style pool area – during the spring and summer months a Tiki Bar offers cocktails, bar style food and snow cones.
Shores of Panama is the most lavish resort in Panama City Beach. Featuring a lagoon style pool surrounded by tropical elegance, fountains, waterfalls, two tiki bars (seasonal), exotic tropical landscaping, large jacuzzi overlooking the Gulf of Mexico, large indoor heated pool, indoor jacuzzi, and a fitness center.
We are right next door to the famous Pineapple Willy's. We are also right across from Walmart where you can pick up your groceries or choose delivery. We are only 2 miles away from St Andrews State Park, many marinas are nearby and also great restaurants!
This condo comes with its own private parking space on the 7th floor just around the corner - only steps away from your front door. In addition to your own vehicle - You can Uber, Lyft or take a cab. Also we have a public trolley that travels around town and back and forth to Pier Park!
The age requirement to rent this condo is 25. $85 Registration fee on-site.

We are in walking distance of Walmart where you can do grocery pickup or delivery. We are located next door to the World Famous Pineapple Willy's Restaurant and Bar where you can have delicious meals, drinks or grab a snack while soaking up the sun on the beach all day. You can enjoy delicious tacos, quesadillas, nachos, burritos and of course the best margarita around at Juan Taco located across the street at Laketown Wharf Resort. You can also enjoy live music and eat at Lulu's. Also, located in the Laketown Wharf Resort is The Wharf Restaurant with a seasonal buffet eatery serving steak & seafood in a contemporary space with an aquarium.

Very nice and clean. Great place for my family to stay. Manager was great about communicating! Same floor parking was very handy for loading and unloading. We went during spring break so there were some spring break behaviors that put a damper on things a couple of times, but that had nothing to do with the place itself. We were overall very happy with our stay.

Our month-long stay was terrific. The condo was exactly as shown on the site. It was well appointed with bedding and kitchen/bath items. It was beautifully decorated. The view was unbelievable and the porch had great furniture to enjoy the ocean. There was a need for a bit of painting and hanging of towel rack in second bath. Just a bit of TLC needed. Our contact, Farah, was very helpful. Check in was easy. The unit was very quiet. We would consider a repeat return

Beautiful condo with a great view and great location. Very clean and the bed and couch was very comfy. The kitchen had cookware and dish ware since we like to cook most of our meals.(we did venture to pineapple Willy’s and saltwater grill too). Host very helpful by texting us before arrival and upon departure.We liked being able to drive up to our floor and unpack. We enjoyed the table on the balcony, taking in that view while enjoying our meals. Don’t forget to try out the ice cream shop near the lobby, the salted Carmel (has chunks of chocolates too) was delicious.

Our family of 4 had a fantastic time! The property and unit were very clean. The property patrol gave us a great sense of security. Our host was attentive, but not overbearing. The pool is awesome and it was convenient having the bar and snowcone huts close by. It's a 5 star experience.

We enjoyed every day seeing the beautiful ocean from the balcony. The security was tight so it kept it safe and free of most riff raff. The sunsets and sunrises were amazing. Check in and check out was very easy. We didn’t want to leave.

Stayed most of the month of Febuary 2023, in Condo 712. Great condo, great building, great location, great parking. Very satisfied. Farah and her whole crew did a super job for us. I reported one little issue with the lock on the balcony door, and they fixed it the very first day. Highly recommend this Emerald Coast and this specific condo.
