Why this property? This property has a gorgeous view of the river and is a very quiet, well maintained complex. Everything you need in regards to amenities and comfort. The condo has been completely renovated and feels like home when you walk in. Very comfortable space for 2 with plenty of room to relax and make yourself at home during your stay.

Arleen C.Sandhill Cottage - Best Ever!!
My husband and I stayed at Sandhill Cottage for a couple months this winter. Sandhill Cottage is a great place to put your feet up after a round of golf on one of the five Rotonda West courses. It has been completely renovated and is very comfortable as our home away from home. Melissa and Terri, owners, are wonderful. Always willing to help make our stay the best ever! The residents at Riverhouse are very friendly and the facilities are well maintained. We will be back for three month next year.
