About the owner: I built this house in 2022 and had it fully furnished with NEW furniture 3 smart tv's and the kitchen is stocked with the neccessities.

Why this property? We do not have a bunch of rules. We simply ask that you respect our home, no parties, do not smoke/vape inside, and pick up behind yourselves :) Just do the right thing. In return, we will stock it with all the necessary amenities to give you a comfortable stay..

First snowbird experience

Nice house & quiet area. The landlord is fantastic - checks to make sure things are okay and if you need anything - have already booked for next year!!!

Great location!

We stayed for 3 nights wish we could have stayed longer, every thing is new and super clean. It's close to great restaurants, shopping and our favorite place to spend time on the water the Rainbow River. The owner Jon was awesome, Already planning a trip to come back later this fall.
