You will fall in love with the beautiful sunsets and sounds of the birds calling to each other across the lake in your backyard from the comfort of your spacious screened lanai. Inside the home you will find a modern and spacious space with a large, open dining and living area that overlook the pool. The split floor plan offers a master suite on one end and guest rooms and bath with pool access on the other.
Just across the street is a paved walking and bike trail.
Within 15 minutes you can be at the gorgeous beaches in the area.-see arial view in pics. Choose to go in one direction and be on Boca Grande, go in the opposite direction and you will find the beautiful Manasota Key with its beaches and local dining spots.
For a change of pace or for longer term renters, follow the trail up the road to the Ann & Chuck Dever Regional Park and Recreation Center complete with basketball, pickleball, volleyball, playgrounds, swimming and diving pools and so much more for very inexpensive daily fees.

Cindy and Rich are the best hosts! They made sure everything was perfect before our arrival. We absolutely love their place.Their home is clean and inviting, the pool is always warm and the yard is large, open and well manicured. This was our second stay and we loved every minute of it. It was very convenient to hit one of the local beaches or drive to another for a day of adventure and shark tooth hunting. We used the heck out of their cooler and ice packs for lugging drinks, snacks and cold cloth's everywhere we went. It was a scorcher in September with high temps and humidity, some rain storms and some days of sunshine with afternoon clouds that would roll in. Most trails were flooded so those were off limit, but the Dever complex trails were walkable. We had such a great time, made us think the next time it will have to be a longer stay.

We visited in late May and our departure date will be June 1. It was myself, my husband , our son and daughter in law , our 3 yr old grand daughter and our daughter in laws parents. This is by far one of the most beautiful and welcoming vacations we have had . We were provided with information for the surrounding area. The recommended restaurants, were absolutely places we would visit again. The beaches were wonderful. The home makes you feel so comfortable, you feel so welcome. Our hosts made sure everything we needed was available. We will be back and I'm so happy I was able to have my family enjoy this with me. One of my favorite things was to walk out to the pool in early morning because the master bedroom has access directly to the pool. All of the rooms were so nice and the beds are very comfortable. I could go on and on . Again, we will be back!!

We loved this home and the warm pool. Clean and tidy upon arrival, and we utilized the garage for our car. The kitchen is well stocked for anyone wanting to cook. It is near many beautiful parks and trails which we hiked almost daily, and 10-15mins from several beaches. Kayak and boat rentals nearby as well. We enjoyed many hours walking the beaches, collecting shells, takings photos of wildlife. Then back to the house to enjoy some pool time before the sun went down. Several birds enjoyed the pool area landscaping and backyard pond which was pleasant to watch.

Located in Englewood the property has easy access to McCall and Placida roads. Two Publix within six to eight minutes away, and more than one "worth a visit" restaurant. Manasota Key is an eight minute drive, and Boca Grande is about 20 minutes away. Both are well worth the drive. The public library is also close enough to visit frequently.

Susan R.Amazing Pool Home
This home was a great place to relax. We spent most of our time in the lanai overlooking their private pool and small lake and swam daily. They had nice padded chairs to relax as well as a large picnic table area. Since half of the lanai was covered/shaded you could choose to relax in the shade or get some sun. We saw many birds and wildlife come and go by the lake. The place was very clean and nicely decorated. The master bed was extremely comfortable and all of the towels and bedding were of very good quality. They also included bikes which was a real plus as I pedaled around on the trail that ran across the street and a half mile away the Ann Dever Regional Park had a nature trail that meandered in the woods and waterways. It was sort of hidden gem towards the back of the park. The location of this home was super easy to get to and Walmart and many restaurants were within 1-2 miles away. Another plus was that you could park your car in their garage. The owners were very communicative about the property anytime I had a question and had a property manager that assisted with pool cleaning and any other issues (he even came and changed a flat tire we had on one of the bikes). Overall, this was a great place to relax and I wouldn't hesitate to come back:)
