Master Bedroom has a King Size Bed, a 60" LED TV, work desk/chair and a sliding glass door leading to the balcony.

= Living Room is beautifully furnished with leather sectional sofa with chaise lounger and 65" LED TV . Living room has glass door leaning to the large balcony that has amazing pool and ocean views. The living room also has large floor to ceiling glass panes for an unforgettable ocean view!
All windows in the bedrooms and living room have blackout shades to allow you to sleep in.

Julie C.Beautifully Decorated and Clean Condo Right on the Ocean
We stayed at Jorge's Tides 14f condo from July 16-20, 2025. We have stayed in condos since our kids were small and in 20 years this is by far the cleanest, most well maintained, beautifully decorated condo we have stayed in. The condo is ocean front and Jorge has added little things that are much appreciated. Six beach chairs, three umbrellas, coolers, can cozies, beach blanket and towels.The kitchen has everything you need from every utensil you can think of to an air fryer.The towels in the bathroom even have loops on them and the shower has a hook to hang it on.The unit came with everything we needed for our stay: paper towels, toilet paper, dish soap, soap, dishwasher pods etc.We found parking right on the outside grounds so we didn't have to park in the ramp our entire stay.Jorge was excellent to rent from and did little things (like letting us check in early) that meant a lot. He always got back to my husband via email or text in minutes!The only cons were the condo was not in walking distance from anything and check out (to return our fabs to get our money back) took a little more than a half an hour. However, the condo is within short driving distance to Fort Lauderdale and Miami.Don't let some of the negative reviews of the Tides scare you away. This unit and the grounds and pooli are beautiful and very well maintained!

My family and I visited Disney at the beginning of the week and I knew we would need somewhere to relax after that part of our vacation. I searched hotels but came across a listing for the tides. This condo was so beautiful, CLEAN, and the perfect spot for my family. It was easy to book and Jorge was very quick to respond to every inquiry I had. The beach access was great and the pool was just an added bonus. The condo was equipped with everything you might need. From bath towels and kitchen appliances to beach chairs, toys, and even a very nice cooler. I can't say enough good things and we will definitely stay here for any future florida vacations!

Recently back from a 2 week beach vacation in this beautiful condo. First of all, Jorge is a complete professional. Every step of this process was effortless because of his perfectly organized instructions. The unit is stunning! 2 bedroom/2 full bathrooms. Beautifully decorated. Nothing is missing. From towels (bath and beach), extra sheets, pillows to a very fully stocked kitchen (air fryer, instant pot, crockpot, coffee maker, blender and much more). Also provided is a cooler, beach chairs and beach umbrella. Condo was super clean and beautifully prepared. The view from the floor to ceiling windows in the living room, master bedroom and large balcony mean you have a constant view of the ocean. The location is amazing. Close to so many shopping and dining options. The building itself is very clean and well taken care of. Staff is friendly and helpful. Very secure. Fob is needed multiple times to gain access to the beach, pool, building and elevator areas. Do not hesitate to stay in any of Jorge's units. He told me we would not be disappointed and we were not!! We had a delightful time in two of Jorge’s condos while visiting Florida with our family. Although the condo building itself is perhaps slightly dated, Jorge's units were immaculate. This particular unit was recently updated and had a beautiful little kitchen, fully equipped with everything you might want to make it feel more like home! We would definitely make this a destination again! Thank you!
