Our goal was to create a beach-front, vacation property, that provides an instant feeling of joy, happiness, and relaxation for your vacation experience. The interior design perpetuates an upscale coastal lifestyle that you'll fall in love with from the moment you enter the door.
The condo features custom painting, upgraded flooring, unique and stylish light fixtures and furnishings, an upgraded kitchen, appliances, and baths. Balcony attractions include comfortable furnishings for gatherings, dining, sunning, napping, or reading your favorite novel all while taking in the sounds and beauty of the Gulf. We've thought of everything and it gets better! The property has an easily accessible, reserved, ground-floor, parking space located directly under the building (no need to use the parking ramp).
The living area adjoins the balcony and provides beautiful views, sofa (not a sleeper), dual chairs, and a wall-mounted large screen tv. The kitchen and dining areas feature stainless appliances, custom backsplash, breakfast bar with seating for four, dining table that seats six, and beautiful chandelier. Enjoy drinks and hors d'oeuvres at the bar and serve your delicious meals at the table with room for everyone.
The master bedroom also adjoins the balcony with private access and features a comfortable king bed, large dresser, and wall-mounted television. The private ensuite provides an upgraded double vanity, upgraded toilet and combination shower/tub. The guest bedroom is sized like a master and includes convenient, private access to the guest bathroom. It includes two queen beds with beautiful carved headboards, wall-mounted television, sitting chair, and stylish dresser.
Ocean Reef amenities include a 300 foot wide beach, large gulf-front pool and hot tub, separate indoor pool (for those rainy days), steam room, fitness center (cardio equipped), and grills (charcoal) for preparing your delicious meals.
Ocean Reef is a wonderful place to vacation and is perfectly located in Panama City Beach. Nearby attractions and restaurants (within walking distance) include Hidden Lagoon Mini-Golf and Go-Carts, Alvins Island (gifts, clothing, and accessories), Runaway Island Restaurant (next-door beach-front dining and bar), Fun-Land Snack Bar and Arcade (try the burgers), and A'More Donuts (absolutely the best!) and Coffee Shop. Just west of Ocean Reef you'll find the Local Steamer Seafood Market, Zollos Pizza, Autentika Mexican Restaurant, Senior Frogs Mexican Restaurant, Sharky's Beachfront Restaurant, and the Gulf World Dolphin Show.

PARKING: One reserved, exclusive use, parking space (located under the building and close to your condo) makes parking a breeze! During the spring break and summer busy seasons, please travel in one vehicle if at all possible. One free parking pass will be provided. An additional vehicle parking pass costs $20. Overflow parking is available across the street on a first come, first serve, basis. If the overflow parking lot fills, a second space can not be guaranteed. All vehicles must display a parking pass on the dash or mirror.
BOOKING REQUIREMENTS: Occupancy Limit is no more than 6 guests in unit. You must be age 25 or older to book and you must be present at check-in and during the stay. Pets are not allowed and will result in removal from property. This is a NON-SMOKING resort, not even on the balcony. If you plan on smoking throughout your vacation, please book a different property. Smoking can result in removal from property and loss of deposit. Quiet hours are to be abided by, no loud music, no parties, no large gatherings permitted. You must respect your neighbors right to enjoyment of their balcony. Rental Property Manager will require a signed rental agreement, indicating your agreement to the rental terms, conditions, and rules. Rental Manager may require your ID for guest verification, local, legal, or building security reasons. The Rental Property Manager as well as building association staff are on-site to insure rules and terms are being followed.
Ocean Reef provides entrance security and roving security on the property. Armbands (provide by the property manager) are required while on property so that security knows you are residing at Ocean Reef and allowed to use the amenities.
