Art and creativity were prioritized in the design and the home was custom painted by a local artist. If you appreciate fun, quirky touches and loads of personality, this is the place for you and you're sure to leave your stay feeling inspired and full of unforgettable memories.

The home has been fully renovated and equipped with modern amenities. An open concept, luxury vinyl plank flooring, and the fun color palette invite you into the space and create an easy flow. The living room has plush furniture with plenty of room for your whole group to lounge and features a huge 70' smart TV connected with tons of free TV shows and movies plus you can connect to your favorite services as well.

The kitchen is the hub of the home. Brand new cabinetry shines and is complemented by the bright backsplash. The space is lit by modern lights and tons of natural light that floods in from the front of the home as well as the adjacent lanai. In the kitchen, in addition to the major appliances, you'll find all of the cooking essentials to prepare and enjoy a simple or gourmet meal after a day basking in the sun or adventuring.

There's a small breakfast nook next to the kitchen, but with the awesome Florida weather, the private back patio is likely where you'll want to dine and spend most of your time. To get to it, you'll pass through the lanai, which is another space where you'll want to spend a lot of time. Have an afternoon cocktail on the lanai while watching sports or chatting with your loved ones before transitioning to dinner alfresco. The backyard has been beautifully landscaped and is surrounded by a new privacy fence. The large dining set has an umbrella to protect you from the sun. Bring your favorite lawn games or enjoy our Oversized Connect Four or cornhole. We also have a gas grill and a firepit for your enjoyment.

The home has three bedrooms and two bathrooms, with comfortable sleeping arrangements for six guests. Two bedrooms have new, high-quality king mattresses, and the third bedroom has a futon, a convertible bean-bag bed as well an an air mattress, and can be used as an office, kids play area, or den. Both bathrooms (including a master suite) have been immaculately renovated to include beautiful tilework and luxurious, modern finishes. Your stay includes the softest bed linens and towels. Every bedroom as well as the lanai has TV with Roku which has tons a free TV shows and movies plus you can connect to your favorite services as well.

The home is located in a quiet, safe neighborhood.
