Rates include ALL TAXES. Cleaning fee ($135) and Resort fee ($85) are not included in the nightly rate. Host will confirm the total cost with guests before finalizing the agreement. Trip cost can be split into 2 payments, first payment is due 24 hours after booking is confirmed and second payment is due 5 days before check-in.
There is a $85 registration (resort) fee for one reserved parking space and 6 wrist bands to use the private beach access and resort amenities , including 24-hour fitness center, heated indoor pool and hot tub, outdoor pools. Poolside tiki bars and grill open during warm season. Iconic Pineapple Willy’s is right next door. Short drive to restaurants, shopping centers and other attractions. St. Andrew's State Park is within 5 miles.

Check-in time: 4pm or after
Checkout time: 10pm
Security deposit : $150. This amount will be refunded within 24 hours after checkout if there are no damages.
Cancellation policy:
Bookings less than 30 days:
To receive a full refund, guests must cancel at least 30 days before check-in
If you cancel between 7 and 30 days before check-in, you’ll be charged 50% for all nights
If you cancel less than 7 days before check-in, you’ll be charged 100% for all nights
Guests can also receive a full refund if they cancel within 48 hours of booking, if the cancellation occurs at least 14 days before check-in
Bookings 30 days or more:
Full refund if cancelled within 5 days after signing the agreement. Cancellation within 30 days of check-in will not be refunded.
Monthly stays are accepted for the months from October to February only.

This condo comes with one RESERVED parking spot on the same floor and only steps away from the condo. This makes loading and unloading your luggage super easy.
