* This wonderful two storey coastal inspired home with both levels and mirror image of
one another all having their own entrance doors and private entrance codes. The only
shared space would be the entrance landing. All door codes are personalized and

This two level unique octagon home is situated right on the beach on the quiet East End of Panama City Beach near the end of a cul-de-sac. It comprises [4] large bedrooms/[4] full bathrooms on-suite, so you are the master of whether to run a soaking bubble bath or enjoy a steamy hot shower. The sleeping arrangements lends itself to comfortably accommodating 12 guests with enough room to roam as well. This home is so uniquely designed that both levels are mirror images of one another comprising not only one, but two large master bedroom suites (fit for a King and Queen) with their own full on-suite bathroom as private as can be. The second bedrooms both consist of two XL Twin beds with tons of open space and not to forget their own private full on-suite bathrooms too. What more can you ask for!

The fully stocked Kitchens, one on each level with its inviting Dining Area and extremely comfortable Living Areas boost direct Gulf front views of the magnificent Emerald Coast. There is ample room for one and all to lounge or sit and relax while taking in the numerous sunsets day in and day out or early morning rise and shine if you are an early bird. Grab your first cup of delicious coffee made right in the fully stocked kitchen and enjoy!

Now if you love the views of the ocean, the rolling of the tides but certainly hate dealing with all the sand between your toes, then you have come to the right vacation stay. Sit yourself down on one of many chairs on the deck and still find yourself part of the action on the beach. Both Master Bedrooms have their own private french doors that lead out onto the decks, so this stay truly lends itself for an early morning sunrise or a very late evening bed call.

The only difference between the Upper and Lower level Living Room is that the views are just a little higher but identical. It also has a very comfortable Queen Sofa with it's own private views of the ocean from all the floor to ceiling windows.

Pier Park is a short drive for all those enthusiastic shop-a-holics with tons of stores, restuarants, attractions to enjoy, like the Ferris Wheel, Bungy Jump, Ice-Cream Palour, Cotton Candy and old fashioned Burgers, a movie or two at the IMAX Theatre, Dave and Busters or just a stroll in the park. This complex has you covered.
Look for the Upside Down House which is known as Wonderworks, a fun filled amusement park for the mind with 29,000 sqft of "educ-tainment" that challenges the mind and sparks the imagination. A must do on an occasional rainy day.
You must definitely not miss out on GulfWorld where you can enjoy encounters with our friendly sea-life, or should you like to view them on a pirate ship...ahoy matties and off we go from the Marina just minutes down the road.
