The main floor layout has 3 full-size bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. 2 face the pool and canal, one faces the bay side. The great room features a new sleeper sofa which pulls out and sleeps 2 comfortably. A Maximum of 8 can sleep here on this level.

There are steps up to the upper level from the outside front of the house and back by the pool. This has a larger layout with a bigger kitchen, 2 seating places on the porch to view the bay which accommodate 3, 5 and 4 people comfortably. Inside features a large living room with 55" tv and Bose speakers, 2 oversized suites, one accommodates an extra daybed for 2 along with a king bed and large closet. The other bedroom is large enough to easily fit a pack n play, or 3! That has a walk in bathroom with glass shower, and there's another bathroom in the hallway. The wrap around deck features a 6 person dining table and a double chaise lounge. The pool/bar area has 10 4" padded 4 chaise lounges, 4 padded bar stools, a 6 person dining set and a modular seating area for 6 under the home featuring a new 55" 4K Samsung TV sound bar and fan.

This house is well stocked and designed for luxury and comfort!! Great location for family reunions, office get together, girls weekend, kid friendly, lower level handicap accessible. This home is very unique for all of the following reasons:
1. It is surrounded by water views. Tampa Bay is across the street. A canal is in the back yard.
2. It has one of the largest pools in Anna Maria.
3. It has its own private tiki bar, a separate structure (which is no longer allowed for new builds) with lots of seating, freezer, refrigerator, night LED lighting.
4. It has 5 King Bedrooms and 5 Bathrooms. So that can comfortably sleep 10.
5. It also has 2 pull out sleeper sofas one on each level, to sleep 4 more.
6. One of the Master Bedrooms upstairs also has a queen Daybed for younger children to stay near mom and dad.
7. The home has 9 Flat screen Samsung TVS with Speaker Bars, 4K, and surround sound.
8. It has a large front porch with 3 sofa sectionals to view wildlife or the Skyway Freeway Bridge lit up at night.
9. It has a large back porch too with a double chaise lounge, seating for 6 for outdoor dining.
10. On the main level it has another dining for 6 table as well as a large sofa sectional.
11. There are 10 chaise lounges around the pool, we supply 20 beach towels, pool floaties, coolers, umbrellas, beach chairs and rent a golf cart to take them anywhere to any beach!
12. The home was a duplex, but we only rent it out as one unit. It has 2 kitchens, 2 living rooms, and you can walk to the Waterfront Restaurant (5 Star) 2 minutes away.
13. This home is SW facing so it is 20 degrees warmer by the pool in the winter months than anywhere else.

Why Kids Love It

Kids love the oversized pool and all the pool floaties! They also love the 2 kayaks and paddles included. And 3 bikes included as well! They can walk 4 minutes and get ice cream at TWO SCOOPS, or shop at the shopping center right near our home. The Anna Maria Pier is across the street from the shopping center, so beautiful at light lit up by LED lighting.
Kids love the new Bintelli Golf Cart, but they must be 21 to operate it. VERY STRICT. Kids love the many TV's in every room, so they can watch what is age appropriate. They love being 2 minutes away from the bayside beach!
Kids really love seeing Manatees during the day come right up to the dock, and fish swarm at night to our underwater Caribbean blue led lights . They can fish off the dock when supervised by an adult. So much to do!!!!
