Floor to ceiling windows and sliding glass doors in main living area and master bedroom suite lead to the private extra large beachfront balcony.

The master bedroom has king-size bed with TV and a connecting bath with separate dressing area. Secondary bedroom has two twin beds, TV, and is adjacent to second bath. Second bath has large walk-in shower. Kitchen is fully equipped with dishes and utensils. The spacious balcony will soon become your favorite spot for meals, entertaining or simply relaxing to the sound and rhythm of the waves!

New walk-in(zero entry) pool with large deck, lounge chairs, tables and umbrellas. Controlled access to beach from pool deck. Gas grill available for outdoor cooking. Assigned garage space with opener.

Orlando is an hour or so away with Disney World, Universal Studios and many other attractions. Historic St. Augustine and the Kennedy Space Center at Cape Canaveral are only an hour away.
