Our first floor, (no elevators to deal with) corner unit has more room with 1550 SF & feels like a beach house. This BEST 2BR floor plan in the complex! Our large, open kitchen is fully furnished and includes both a Keurig & a drip coffee maker.

Magnificent views of the ocean from the spacious GREAT ROOM where you can relax and enjoy the ballgame or your favorite streaming service on the 70" big screen.
Our very spacious unit features a full-furnished KITCHEN including both a Keurig and a drip coffee maker, 4-slice toaster, blender, and a large, surround breakfast bar for gathering and seats three (plus six at the dining table).
The MASTER SUITE includes a king-size bed, ceiling fan, 42" smaet TV, and a large private bath with a walk-in closet! Also included are built in hair-dryers in each bathroom. Sliding glass doors open to the spacious balcony for a spectacular, picture-postcard view of the ocean.
The GUEST BEDROOM has a king-size bed, smaet TV, & a private bath. The LAUNDRY ROOM has a full-size washer and dryer and storage for all your beach supplies. The BALCONY is outfitted with a full bistro setup so that you don't miss the view of nature's bounty while treating your senses to the mood of the beach!
The Calypso Property amenities include two 72' free-form. tropical is heated...with lush landscaping overlooking the beach. A convenient Tiki Bar is located between the pools for your added enjoyment. One of the pools is heated in the low-season.

"This condo is amazing ". Location ! Location ! Location ! From the time you pull into unload till the time you pack back up. There is no hassle's at all. There are no elevator waits or crowds. The views are amazing and the bar tender will even deliver a drink to your patio... The beach service is out standing also, 2 chairs & umbrella and room to add a layout blanket. The location is great especially if you don't want to even get in your car the whole time you are there. Food and shopping is all right there with in 5 minutes. Lots to do there for all ages. The Condo was clean and had everything you possibly need for a week or two. Janet was a great host and was helpful every step of the way ! Cant wait to get back there.....Gerald

I am writing this review/recommendation because I want you to enjoy Jan’s beach condo as much as our family has enjoyed her condo over the years. This is our absolute favorite condo. This spacious two bedroom, two full bathroom beach condo is clean, inviting and comfortable. The location on the first floor is convenient when going to the pool, beach, or out for groceries or dinner. You don’t have to wait for an elevator and your view remains spectacular. Your balcony sits in front of the west pool, but not so directly that people are looking into the condo. When you sit on the balcony, you are looking at the pool, as well as the beautiful, white sand and crystal clear Gulf water. Inside the condo, you will find a well appointed kitchen with everything you might need. This beach kitchen even offers both a Keurig and traditional coffee maker. The beds in both bedrooms are comfortable and both bathrooms are well stocked with towels. There is a full size washer and dryer in a convenient, dedicated room inside the condo. The Calypso is within walking distance to local restaurants, bars, shopping and of course Pier Park, which offers something for everyone. Jan is an amazing woman, who is helpful and easily accessible if you need to discuss anything before, during, or after your stay. Jan’s beach condo is one of our favorite places to vacation.

This is a awesome place to stay. Easy to carry in your bags and then go park. Very close to Pier Park and within walking distance. The condo was just beautiful as was the view and very easy to get to the pool or the beach. Would stay here again and again.

You can't beat the location. It's a ground floor condo right around the corner from the pool/beach access. It's also closest to the loading area, which is great for groceries and luggage. We love the convenience of being able to unload quickly and never having to ride an elevator to get to the beach. View from the balcony includes the pool, beach, and pier. It's an easy 5 minute walk to Pier Park too. Our 2 y/o loves riding the train. The condo itself is accurate to the pictures and well cared for.
