Master suite bedroom with king-size bed and large ensuite bathroom, walk in closet, luggage racks with shelfs, twin and queen beds in the second master, both bedrooms and living room include big screen smart TVs with cable service, free WiFi, sleeper sofa, screened in lanai with outdoor lounging and dining area, washer and dryer. Rental also includes beach chairs and umbrellas. There is an assigned parking space underneath the building and plenty of guest parking. These include the waterfront Beach Club with private pools, hot tub and beach, fully equipped fitness center, sky bar and restaurant, yoga lawn, and kayak launch. Two additional private pools and hot tub are also included. There is an exercise trail for morning jogs or leisurely sunset strolls along quiet waters of a large lagoon and lush landscaping throughout the community.
