This home has 1 master bedroom with a king bed that has an attached full bathroom with walk in shower and then 2 bedrooms on the other side of the house that share a bathroom that has a tub/shower combo. The bedroom with the queen bed and bedroom with 2 sets of bunk beds are the rooms that share the other bathroom with the shower/tub combo. The home has indoor dining for 8 in the back sun room as well outdoor dining for 8 inside a covered lanai area that is also screened in, which is perfect for evening dining. The back sun room also has a air hockey/ping pong combo table.

The location is close to everything! Anna Maria Island, IMG academy, St Armand's Circle, Longboat Key, Lido Key, Siesta Key, and downtown Sarasota are all between 5-20 minutes. There is also a playground within walking distance to the home. The closest airports to the property are sarasota/bradenton international airport, st pete/clearwater international airport, tampa international airport, and peter o. knight airport. A car rental is recommended.

Great location to multiple restaurants, Anna Maria Island, Sarasota, Bradenton, and multiple beach options. We stayed for two months and were truly relaxing as a convenient "return home" environment. The pool large and very relaxing for an afternoon experience. The hot tub is also enjoyable. Weekly maintenance by the pool technician plus a team to clean up front and back for falling tree palms and miscelaneous droppings. Taylar was always there to help with any requests. My wife and I felt the home could not have been more perfect, and we plan to come back again next year, when available.

We stayed at this property for a week. 6 people and we had plenty on space. Pool was amazing. It was huge. Hot tub was nice in the evening. We went fishing off the dock every evening. Kitchen had everything we needed and more. Home was clean. My son used the basketball court that is walkable from the house. There’s also a playground if you have smaller kids. Lots of restaurants and stores near by. Beaches are 15-25 min drive. Depending on what beach you want to go to. Beach chairs, buggy, and umbrella are available to use in the garage. Would stay again!

Our stay at Canal Front in Bradenton was a great experience for our family. We really enjoyed the privacy in the back by the pool and the peace and quiet sitting and reading or fishing by the canal. The house was well stocked and had everything we needed. The beach equipment was exactly what we needed when heading to the beach. Smart TVs in every room was a bonus for the kids to watch something during a thunderstorm.

We have a family of 5, which includes my husband, my 2 boys and my elderly mother. This house was nothing short of perfect. There was plenty of room in the house and would have brought 2 more kids if we had room in the car. My mother enjoyed the one level house allowing her to roam in and out the back to the pool with no troubles. The master bedroom was a lot bigger than expected and I love all the beach decor. There's plenty of dishware, pots, pans and silverware. We had plenty of pool/beach towels on top of our shower towels. Taylar really thought of everything! My boys enjoyed the ping pong table. None of us wanted to leave. I even got some work done in the office area she has set up. Needless to say, mom and I had a wonderful Mother's day here.

Our family thoroughly enjoyed this well maintained canal front home with huge pool and hot tub located in Bayshore Gardens, Bradenton. The location is great - close to beaches, Sarasota, the Mote Aquarium and more. Its recent updates and amenities made it an extremely comfortable and fun vacation home for the week. Hopefully, we'll get to come back again!

Our stay at the “canal” house was wonderful. My family and I found this house to be perfect for our needs. The back pool area of the house is a private paradise complete with pool, hot tub spa, and sitting area overlooking the canal where you can fish.My granddaughters would never have wanted to clean, neat, comfortable, located in a nice neighborhood close to the Sarasota airport. We would definitely return!

Our group of 6 (4 adults - 2 kids) spent 3 nights at this vacation home. Inside was very clean and comfortable. The backyard was like a tropical oasis. The pool is very big and deep. We loved sitting on the dock in the mornings and evenings to watch the jumping fish and boats pulling in out. Everything we wanted to do was less than a 15 minutes drive. We’ll return and highly recommend!
