Inside you will find a very well appointed 3 bedroom/2 bath home with many updates and upgrades. The floorplan is split making it great for families. The king master bedroom is on one side of the home with the 2 guest bedrooms and bath on the other. The 3rd bedroom also has a desk/office area. The kitchen is a cook's dream with upgraded stainless steel appliances, gas stove, a tall bar for seating and a separate dining area. There's a large sectional sofa and smart TV in the living area and access to the screened porch overlooking the canal. My family and I stayed for the month of June 2022 and this was the first time we had visited Cudjoe Key. The house was beautiful and VERY clean. The kitchen was well equipped with everything you needed for cooking at home! All beds were cozy and Our favorite part was the back screened porch! You were very close to the Cudjoe Gardens marina by boat and easy access to the Atlantic. We would definitely stay there again.
