Laundry in unit, 2 car garage (only parking for 2 cars in garage) Pool shared by other half of unit (spa is non-functional and is maintained at pool temperature.) Tub/shower combination in guest bath is a shower only. Unit provides highspeed internet service, (Siesta 4 Rent in not responsible for tech. support) Short distance to Siesta Village and just across the street from Siesta Beach access.
Unit has elevator. Unit Sleeps 8, 2 King, 1 Full murphy bed and full blow up. NO SMOKING, NO PETS NO MOTORCYCLES, CAMPERS, TRAILERS, RV'S ALLOWED IN DRIVEWAY. 1 week min. CLEANING FEE $250
