Great vacation rental home with tile floors throughout making it a perfect beach home. The house has four bedrooms three of which have their own private, full bathroom. Siesta-4-Rent Management was great to work with by providing quick responses to email and phone inquiries and even sent out a reminder/ confirmation email two weeks prior to check-in. Our stay involved a drop in outdoor temperatures followed by a warm- up; therefore, we used the heat and the ac. The front of the house did not heat consistently to the back of the house causing one half of the house to be colder than the other half. A space heater would have been beneficial to solve the problem, but the property did not have one. The ac worked great throughout the entire house. This property is in walking distance to the beach, shops, and nightlife. The price is very reasonable. We enjoyed our stay and will consider staying again in the future.
