Assigned under building parking for 2 cars. 3rd floor, walk-up. No pets. No smoking. No parties, and local Indian Rocks Beach City ordinances must be followed which include but are not limited to quiet hours from 10PM to 8AM.

If you look at a map of Florida, our area is the little point furthest out in the Gulf just west of Tampa. Centrally located between Clearwater Beach and St. Pete Beach. Just 25+ minutes from Tampa International Airport and 30+ minutes to Busch Gardens. Orlando with Disney World and Sea World is about 1 hour 30 minutes.

Mary T.Last minute Florida Airbnb rental
We rented this on short notice due to a change in our vacation plans. The condo was in a great location and was well supplied with towels, etc. Had a washer and dryer and the owner of the unit had everything that we needed to have fun on the beach, including toys and such for young kids to use on the beach and in the water. The only issue that we had was NOT due to the Airbnb owner, but as to our limitations as senior citizens with slight mobility issues. This is a 3rd floor unit, with no elevator, and had to walk up 30 stairs to get to the unit. Also, even though it was very close to the ocean, there was not a direct view from the balcony to the ocean. There was a building in front of us which blocked our view. But it was a very short walk to get to the sand. The management company owns the company next door as well. The pool was next door. The pool was nice, but plain and the water felt warm, but we didn't use the pool as we had limited time. Overall, the unit was clean, spacious and the management person, Cheryl, was EXCEPTIONALLY HELPFUL!! The only reason this review doesn't get 5 stars is because of the stairs, but that's our personal physical issue, not the condo itself. There is a nice open air bar across the street that we frequented several times.We would probably go there again, as long as our knees and other body parts are cooperating!! (ha, ha!!)

My wife and I loved this place. 75 yds from the beach. Many great bars and restaurants within walking/easy bike distance. Literally right across the street is a great beach bar, 2 Cafes, an Ice Cream shop, small grocery store, great Italian restaurant, great seafood restaurant. It is within 35 mins or so from 3 MLB Spring ballparks (Yanks, Phils, Jays). Close to St Pete’s Beach, Clearwater and Dunedin.Condo is spacious and clean , well appointed!. Very comfortable for 4 people. 2 nice covered parking spots.Only Con is the unit is on the 3rd floor and no elevator- so everything has to be lugged up and down. Not a good fit for people that can’t do this. Other than that- we can’t wait to go back next year!!

We rented this condo for spring break. It is very nicely furnished and has all the kitchen items you need. Very clean and a few steps to the beach. It was perfect for our family of five. The only downside was the pool, which is very small. But the beach was beautiful and so we did not mind. The owner is very nice and accommodating. She responds very quickly. Would definitely rent it again.

Excellent location! Right on the beach side, no roads to cross! (not sure about the review below, as this unit is not on the Intracoastal). The unit comes with everything.. beach towels, umbrellas, beach chairs, toys, etc.). The kitchen is well equipped and the furniture and mattresses so comfortable. Small complex, so the pool is never crowded. There are several restaurants within walking distance, with one being right across the street. I highly recommend this property. We will definitely be back!

The townhome that my family and I stayed in was an amazing experience. The rental has plenty of amenities and includes everything you need to venture out to the beach (beach towels, beach toys, umbrella, etc.) or if you just want to hang around the rental. The kids enjoyed playing the board games included in the rental and my wife and I appreciated the beautiful view of the intercoastal from our unit as well as the very convenient walk across the street to the beach. I would highly recommend this stay to anyone who may be interested in a visit to Indian Rocks Beach!

The condo was very comfortable for our family of 5. All the necessities were available in the condo, including plenty of beach chairs, towels and umbrellas.The location was perfect, a safe and quick 5 minute walk to the beach and just across the street to several shops and restaurants. We would definitely stay here again!

This unit worked out wonderfully..it was clean and comfortable..we really liked that it was close to the beach access so that our older children could get to the beach by themselves. The owner also went out of her way to make an outdoor grill available. I will definately will recommend it to friends.
