Your living room is fully equipped with a 50 inch Slim LED TV for cozy evenings or a relaxing afternoon on the couch. You have a US DVD player as well as US Basic TV to choose your desired program. You will find wireless internet as well as several cable television programs to choose from.
You will find enough beach towels, bath towels and other inventory in sufficient quantities. You will not lack anything.
Kitchen / Bathroom:
You will not want for nothing in your generous open, bright, white kitchen with a through-counter on the veranda. Everything is at your disposal, from dishwasher to stove with integrated oven as well as a side by side refrigerator that automatically produces ice cubes for you. Without any trouble, you have ice cubes at your disposal whenever you want, thanks to the direct water connection. You just hold your glass underneath and enjoy your cocktail, fruit juice or a cool Coca Cola.
Crockery and cutlery are sufficiently available to serve several guests, be it in your individual dining area or at the cozy dining table on the patio by candlelight.
bathrooms:
Your master bathroom has a modern tiled walk-in shower and you can refresh yourself here.
Both of their guest bathrooms have a walk-in shower and are located directly next to each other in your privacy. Ideall is this room layout if you travel together with friendly couples and everyone wants to have their own separate area.
Bedroom:
The villa has 3 bedrooms which sleep up to 6 people.
The master bedroom has a king size bed and a comfortable pillow top mattress. It also has its own LED flat screen with cable connection and impresses with its very generous view of the optional illuminated pool and canal. You have your own access to the pool and patio area from this room.
The guest room No.2 has a king size bed, a LED TV and a ceiling fan also provides the circulation of cool air on warmer days. The view is also aligned over the pool deck and the canal.
Guest bedroom # 3 has a queen size bed overlooking the leafy front yard.
All windows in this villa are newly installed, with white frames.
Outside terrace:
In your spacious outdoor area (tiled terrace and additional pool deck), both comfort furniture and dining furniture are available.
The dining / dining area includes a table with integrated tiles; 6 seats are available here overlooking the canal.
At your dining table under the lanai you have a seating for 4 people.
Here you can spend a cozy day by the pool to read a book in peace, listen to the splashing of the Fontaene in the sun or just spend a cozy evening with friends. Enjoy the peace and relaxation.
The pool with its 7.5 m x 4.00 m is above average size and offers plenty of space for swimming and relaxing. Enjoy the refreshing pool both in summer on hot days and in winter on warm days, optionally also heated. Also for relaxation is a large integrated Jacuzzi available. Both overlooking the beautiful quiet and idyllic canal.
Pool chairs are at your disposal for free.
For your further convenience, the villa includes keyless entry (no key is required, you will receive from us a four digit code which will be your house key.
Coffee enjoyment:
In addition to your normal filter coffee maker, a Tassimo Easy T-Disc is available.
Tassimo offers complete coffee enjoyment at the push of a button in many different variations, espresso, latte macchiato, cappuccino or others. The T-Disc's are available everywhere in the trade like e.g. (Walmart, Bed, Bath & Beyond, Target or many others)

This rental is laid out fantastic for a few or many! The pool and jacuzzi are fabulous. House was clean and ready with bikes and beach chairs and even floaties for kiddos. The neighborhood is very nice and you are close to "all the things."

My husband and I love Bonita Springs and we were happy to see this property come up in our search. We were looking for a quiet spot on a canal so he could do a bit of fishing from the dock. He did catch a few catfish one night, but that's it. We did not take advantage of the bikes or kayaks, but it was nice to know they were available if we had decided to use them. The home was spotless and had everything you could ask for and then some. The kitchen was well stocked including a blender for making breakfast shakes and I liked the electric kettle to make my tea. We cooked some fish my husband caught after he went out on a fishing trip and it was great to have some spices available so we didn't have to purchase them. The only thing my husband would add would be a pole holder for a fishing pole on the dock, for when he goes into the house to get a cold beer :) My husband liked having the heated pool. I really enjoyed the screened in lanai and spent many hours reading either soaking up the sun or sitting in the shade. We are looking forward to booking again. Frisco Homes is the perfect blend of a professionally run business and personal touch (when you have questions).

JonWonderful retreat from the busy life
Stayed for little more than a week but could have stayed for months. Home had everything we needed to relax and enjoy ourselves. Pool was PERFECT, one of the biggest things we look for and this one made the stay! Bedrooms were comfortable and roomy. Everything was clean and decorated perfectly for a vacation home. There is nothing we did not have. Nothing less than excellent for our family of 4. We will come back again!!!!

Villa Lazy River was our first experience renting a house in Bonita Springs/Naples area and it was a wonderful experience! The location is great with close access to Tamimiami (everything is off Tamimiami). The layout of the house is perfect with 2 master bedrooms which is all we used but having a 3rd bedroom and 3rd bath was nice. The pool and hot tub was heaven!! We swam everyday and having it screened-in felt safe, kept any critters out and the pool clean. The pool guy came every week to maintain it and we enjoyed his tales. Love that it’s on a canal so we could kayak (included at the house) and although I don’t have any little grandchildren I appreciated the door latch being high up for safety! We did use the bikes which was a great and a nice way to run to the Grocery store, dollar store and Dairy Queen right down the street. The neighbors are really nice and friendly but not intrusive. The kitchen was well equipped and even had a hard boiled egg maker which was awesome as we have one at home and love it! The electric bbq grill was easy to use and clean. We absolutely loved this house and will return!! Just wish we could have stayed a lot longer instead of returning to the frozen tundra!!

This year is our fifth year in this house. We rented different houses for the six previous years, but once we stayed here we knew this was the perfect house for us.Most rentals are clean and have adequate supplies. What makes this one different is Gunnar. He is the manager and is great. Very responsive to any small issue and so nice. When I whined about not having a blender, Gunnar showed up at the door the next day with a lovely new one.The house is simply furnished and not overly done as many rentals can be. The pool is the perfect size. There are two masters with king beds and en suites so any guests have their own private space, which is conveniently on the opposite side of the house.The house is close to shopping and restaurants. Can you tell - we love it here!

This was our third year at Lazy River. Everything you might need is in the villa and the pool area is perfect for swimming, sunbathing, eating out or just lazing in the shade. Restaurants, shopping, the beach and even the cinema are all just a short drive away. The perfectly situated villa for all you need for a fabulous holiday. We've booked to return next year!

This is a well appointed, comfortable villa conveniently situated for Naples and Fort Myers. It has a beautiful, large pool with a spa and a spacious area for sunbathing and eating. The pool area overlooks a canal and this year we were very excited to see a manatee making its way towards the river. There are a variety of shops, restaurants, supermarkets, outlets and attractions within a short drive. This year was my third visit to this particular villa with friends. It gives us the privacy we like, having three bedrooms and three bathrooms. We must like this villa a lot because we have booked it for next year! Can't wait!
