As soon as you cross the bridge onto Anna Maria Island you will have arrived at this sparkling well-maintained condo. Located in the complex of Sandy Pointe, it features two bedrooms and two full baths. This condo is in the heart of Holmes Beach, very close to the beach, steps away from the free island trolley, and across the street from the grocery store.
The community has a large heated pool for guests only. The covered parking space has room for two cars. Beach chairs and an umbrella are available as well as beach and pool towels.
You will be provided a starter supply of toilet paper, soap, and garbage bags but guests will likely need to replenish the supply during their stay.
Anna Maria Island is a family community and the city imposes a strict noise ordinance. Please adhere to our good neighbor policy and observe the local quiet hours between 10 pm and 8 am. No loud music or use of the pool is allowed during these hours along with any other noise which may disturb the neighbors.

Cute condo in a GREAT location. Clean with a coastal vibe. Well stocked kitchen with great appliances. Beach is walkable but we drove as there usually was parking available. The pool at this complex is sparkling clean and we enjoyed many hours out there and met some fun people. The Trolley stop is just outside the driveway and Publix, Walgreen and several restaurants are just across the street. Master bedroom very comfortable. Bed slept fine. The only downside was the lack of a balcony or lanai and the TV's were old - not Smart TV's so bring your own Roku to access your Netflix, etc. We would definitely stay here again.

My husband and I rented this condo, Sand & Surf, from Owner, Morgan Henderson, and we were completely pleased with the accommodations. Morgan was wonderful about replying immediately to any questions we had and the rental and check-in process was so easy.The condo was very clean, decorated so nicely, but most of all, was very well stocked in the kitchen…… everything you need for your stay! Also plenty of linens and we loved that it was supplied with beach towels, beach wagon, umbrellas and chairs! The master king bed was very comfortable… we did not use the 2nd bed/bunk room (which was adorable!). The location was excellent as it was directly across the street from a Publix Grocery AND several restaurants/ice cream shop/retail & pharmacy!The ONLY thing we would have preferred was if it was a little closer to the beach access. You do have to cross the main road (to the Publix side) and then its two blocks to the beach access. BUT we found we could drive over to the beach access area and we were able to get parking there every day. It was just too far for us, personally, to walk with all the beach gear.We absolutely loved our first visit to AnnaMaria Island!

Pro: This unit was super clean, stocked well and updated beautifully! Beds and furniture were super comfy too. Location was great. Right in the middle of the island.Cons: unit needs a new washer and dryer. Also, the pool was so hot we could barely swim in it. Most days temp was 104 degrees. Thank goodness for the beautiful ocean ️I would definitely recommend this unit to friends and we’d stay again. Morgan was wonderful and responded quickly to any questions.
