The Space
Main Floor: Living room with smart TV and queen pull-out bed, dining room with seating for 6 and a walk-out patio, large kitchen, a second dining area with seating for 6, laundry room, family room with smart TV and queen pull-out bed and walk-out patio, a bunk room with memory foam mattresses that can comfortably sleep 5 kids or adults with smart TV and an attached bathroom, and a large primary suite with private office space, smart TV, private walk-out patio, walk-in closet, and private bathroom with walk-in shower.
2nd Floor: Two additional bedrooms with a queen bed in each, a smart TV in each, and a full bathroom.
Exterior: Fully enclosed, extra deep HEATED pool beside a large covered patio featuring deep seated couches, a roll-away pool safety fence for the little ones and pets, barstools and food counter with pass-thru windows to the kitchen, a BBQ grill, and an outdoor dining area with seating for 6. Outside of the lanai is a conversational patio set on the private primary patio, and a huge fenced yard for your kids or pets to enjoy, there’s even a tree swing!

Guest access
You will have private access to the entire home, with your own unique front door and security system pin code. All other codes will be disabled during your stay. There are security cameras on the front exterior, the doorbell, and the pool.

Our family came to stay at this property in valrico for a wedding and when we arrived we was blown away by the size and quality of the house. Every amenity was available and everything from the luxury beds, the extremely well equipped kitchen and the beautiful pool left us not wanting for anything. The area is very close to all the stores and outlets of Brandon nearby, with Tampa Zoo and Busch Gardens just a stones throw away however the neighbourhood itself is very quiet. Jessie made sure we was well looked after and was on hand for any questions we had too which was reassuring.I cannot recommend this property for any family wanting to visit this area and Tampa, you will not be disappointed.

A great place to stay. This is what all short-term rentals should be like. The home itself has a great lay-out - plenty of bedrooms and beds - great common areas - and the Pool! Everyone loved the pool and the space around it. This home actually makes you feel like you are guests at one of your relatives (the ones you like) - everything is there, from a complete kitchen to toys for the pool. The home was very clean, and everything worked - including the heated pool. If you are looking for a place near the beach, be advised that with the local traffic, it might take you a while to get there. But for our needs, this place was perfect. If I was nitpicking, there is some traffic noise when outside (like most places in the area), and we prefer a different brand of toilet paper than what was supplied (yes, I have to stretch that far to find something to gripe about). If you need a place to relax and feel at home, this is it.
